So disappointed & upset to see what Boustan has turned into. I've been a loyal customer who's been coming to this location for 10+ years & the quality & experience has absolutely fallen off a cliff. Just placed an order for takeout & none of my request in the notes were considered, I was given the wrong drink & the quality of the food is extremely low. This place is so inconsistent, there's always something wrong. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but I've had enough of the inconsistency & would not recommend this location unless you want to be disappointed.

We are Very disappointed, we had a coupon Boustan NDG, unfortunately the guy told us they don't accept coupon anymore. This is not fair we need a refund for our coupon. This is a fraud selling coupon & getting nothing. We need immediate solution to this matter asap.

I was in this place last night, the service was terrible, I have never met such rude people, the wait for two rolls was more than 30 minutes & the staff behaved disgustingly, as if I should have paid & gone to cook my own food, I absolutely do not recommend this particular place in this chain of restaurants

Nothing is good. & i just ordered online & the rice is not even cooked. Shitty restaurant.
I don't know what food they have given me. But i have vomited after eating this.

Rating 5 stars because the guy who works there is super kind. Without going into the details of the personal incident, the guy made our day so much better!
Food from this Boustan tasted better than the other Boustan venues I have been to. Overall great experience!
