Really appreciated my order from the team working the evening of March 2. I order boustan quite often from different places, so I can tell when extra care is put in. The portion was generous, they added plenty of sauce, a nice variety of salad, & a good amount of meat. Everything felt fresh & well prepared. Thank you to the team for doing a great job.

Service was awful. The food was ready 30 mins later than showing in the Uber Eats. Additionally, terrible customer service. It was my first & last time at Boustan.

was really disappointed with my recent visit to Boustan. The food did not taste fresh, & the portions were much smaller than expected for the price. The chicken was dry, & the potatoes were overly salty.

The service was also frustrating - staff seemed rushed & not very attentive, & the restaurant didn't look very clean during peak hours.

For the price they charge, I expected better quality & better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, & I wouldn't rush back.

Extremely dirty place no seat/table was clean enough so I could sit down & eat. Made a mistake on my order & wanted to charge me for something I didn't ask for. After I argued they corrected it but customer service could be improved. They also didn't give me ustensiles when i asked them for it.

The employee sadly looked either high or drunk.

So disappointed & upset to see what Boustan has turned into. I've been a loyal customer who's been coming to this location for 10+ years & the quality & experience has absolutely fallen off a cliff. Just placed an order for takeout & none of my request in the notes were considered, I was given the wrong drink & the quality of the food is extremely low. This place is so inconsistent, there's always something wrong. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but I've had enough of the inconsistency & would not recommend this location unless you want to be disappointed.

I was in this place last night, the service was terrible, I have never met such rude people, the wait for two rolls was more than 30 minutes & the staff behaved disgustingly, as if I should have paid & gone to cook my own food, I absolutely do not recommend this particular place in this chain of restaurants

Nothing is good. & i just ordered online & the rice is not even cooked. Shitty restaurant.
I don't know what food they have given me. But i have vomited after eating this.
