I am an UE driver I just went to pick up a customer order at this branch in Faubourg Boisbriand @9:47pm EST on Saturday feb 21, I entered the store said hello & the guy on-duty did not answer back, I showed him the order he did not say nothing, started working on it, took 5 mins to prepare it, i took it & said « merci » again he said no word & to my surprise I found out he gave me a dislike. I wil' report this to UE & to the police station as this os NOT FAIR. The owner of this branch should fire this sick person because I am also a client there. I will never go to any boustan never again.

Je viens de commander par uber je suis au travaille je reçois ma bouffe sans serviette sans cuillère je mange avec mes mains une shishtaouk y as pas de pita nn plus
La première fois que j'ai mangé du Boustan .. J'ai été impressionné car j'e n'avais jamais mangé de cuisine libanaise auparavant !!
Depuis c'est mon spot préféré (Daniel Johnson laval) mais j'ai dû déménager ..
Je suis content car mon experience c'est répétée chez Boustan Ste-therese 😎🥙🤌🏻 !!
Les 2 jeunes qui travaillais le soir du 24 décembre 2025, était très chaleureux & à leurs affaires en même temps, tout était prêt en meme pas 5 minutes. & tout était parfait 👌🏻 !!!

Beautiful experience Food was done in under 1 minute the employees were very nice & smiling the whole time They took great care of me & my girlfriend Thank you so much Boustan for an amazing experience!
Meilleure boustan que jai jamais mangé, le poulet est extra gouteux avec des bouts croustillants, yavait assez de sauce & les employers sont super gentils & souriants! Seul ick, les lumieres sont vraiment intense genre gros néon blanc vibe.

Le service est bien, malheureusement ma nourriture etait trop cuite pour un plat & pas assez cuit pour l'autre. Par contre le personnel est sympathique.
Le livreur a laissé la commande au mauvais endroit. Comme ils font affaire avec doordash, ce n'est apparemment pas leur faute. (Commandé directement depuis le site internet du Boustan). Aucun remboursement ou dédommagement n'a été effectué. Ne commandez pas si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises.
They refused to honor what they advertise as a family special even though it is on the website & on the TV menu inside the restaurant, saying it's a mistake yet another Boustan the day before gave it...
