Avons mangé sur la terrasse & c était super. Il faisait beau & c etait ma première visite chez vous!! J étais allée à Brossard mais jamais ds le Faubourg & je compte bien y retourner car vos pizzas sont excellentes. Je vous recommande.

Unfortunately, this was an absolutely brutal experience at Pizzéria NO.900 in Boisbriand.

We visited on August 7th at around 8 p.m. with my wife & kids. As soon as we walked in, the hostess greeted us & asked,'For five?' She then quickly grabbed menus & headed outside to find us a table without ever asking whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. Not a huge deal - I figured I would simply mention that we preferred inside when she came back.

While we were waiting, another employee approached us - a gentleman with tattoos - & asked if we had been helped. I explained that yes, we had, but that the hostess had gone outside & we actually wanted to sit inside. Before I could even finish explaining, he cut me off & said,'I only asked if you've been helped,' & walked away.

I genuinely couldn't believe the attitude. It was unnecessarily rude & completely unprofessional, especially considering I was simply answering the question he had asked me!

We were seated outside anyway before eventually being moved inside. Ironically, we ended up at this same employee's table, & unfortunately the service remained subpar for the rest of the evening. The entire experience made us feel as though he was doing us a favour by serving us rather than us being paying customers.

To make matters worse, we were very specific when ordering for our kids, & those requests were not respected. Their food came out incorrectly despite us clearly explaining what we wanted.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I normally really like NO.900 & have had good experiences with the brand. The pizza is usually something we enjoy, which is exactly why we chose to bring our family here.

Unfortunately, customer service at this particular visit was practically non-existent. Between the initial interaction, the attitude throughout the evening, & the incorrect orders, this was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time.

Very disappointing.

Food can be tasty but experience will always leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Best customer service in the area, team goes above & beyond in customer care, ensured orders with noted allergies were perfectly prepared. Went out of their way to fulfill a missing part of the order. Excellent gluten free pizza & great salads.
