Très mauvaise expérience. Mon taouk pita au four ne correspondait pas à ma commande. Les ingrédients ne respectaient pas mes choix & le goût était vraiment étrange. Je n'ai pas eu confiance pour le manger. Je ne commanderai plus chez Boustan.

I ordered a chicken sandwich & was served a mixed one instead. Despite showing the sandwich & pointing out that the meat was mixed, the guy working there refused to look at it & insisted it was just chicken, & that it's impossible for him to make a mistake.

Mistakes happen, but it's childish to pretend to never be wrong like that. Very poor customer service

Pas eu ma portion d'extra poulet sur mon plat mixe. J'ai confirmé deux fois avec mon plat dans ma main avec les employés, si ils ont oublié de la portion d'extra que j'ai payé 5$, ils m'ont pas non. Experience personnel: les autres Boustan pèsent la portion extra de viande pour les clients.... CONSEIL: demandez votre extra viande dans un bol. Alors ça évitera des situations comme ça.
