Tout part d’une idée simple, fabriquer de bons produits à prix raisonnable pour tous et pour toute heure de la journée : du café croissant pur beurre du matin, au sandwich croustillant du midi, en passant par la pizza généreuse du soir ou d’une tarte sucrée à tomber. Et sans oublier une large gamme de pains pétris, façonnés et cuits sur place. Chez Ange, en France comme au Québec, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Employees are very rude!!! Every time I go I would wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to notice me even though I would be the only one waiting.
Last time I have waited for 15min, no one approached me so I just left. I love their cakes & croissants but the service is bad.
This is my go-to downtown bakery for a quick breakfast, late lunch, grabbing something for a gathering, or just treating myself to a REALLY good dessert. I've tried a bunch of stuff over the past few months, margherita, pepperoni, & vegetarian pizzas, milk bread, chocolatines, croissants, mini donuts, & some desserts that I don't know the names. Cheesecake is one of my favorites here!! They never let me down. The employees are welcoming & nice. My bad I know their faces more than their names, but shout out to Doua!
Loved the crispy, buttery, soft, & fluffy croissants! Easily one of the best croissants I have ever had! The cafe latte was too good! Loved the ambience of the café as well.
Boulangerie Ange is my new go-to for bakery bliss. The croissants are ultra-flaky & buttery, the baguettes crackle when you tear them, & the pastries (hello, fruit tarts) taste as good as they look. Loved the sandwiches on freshly baked bread & a smooth coffee to match. The space is bright & welcoming, staff are friendly, & prices feel fair for the quality. Perfect for a quick breakfast, a treat with friends, or grabbing a warm loaf to take home-if it survives the ride!
La boulangerie Ange me rappelle vraiment un petit bout de France avec leurs viennoiseries & pâtisseries authentiques. Un (gros) sourire pour leurs pains au chocolat & croissants, vraiment délicieux & bien beurrés, & leurs chouquettes… absolument divines !
Petit bémol : j'ai été surprise de voir écrit'chocolatine' 😉 & je trouve les prix un peu élevés. Mais la qualité est là, & c'est toujours un plaisir d'y passer pour une gourmandise.
Lots of natural light in this welcoming downtown cafe. This area is not rich with quality cafes so Boulangerie Ange is superbly placed. Their croissants & chocolatines are expertly crafted, perfectly puffy. They just opened another location closer to me so will be trying them out there as well.
Absolutely love this spot! Boulangerie Ange at Humaniti on Viger Street is modern, bright, & welcoming, perfect for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up.
Their selection of breads, viennoiseries, & sandwiches is excellent. You can tell they care about quality ingredients & fresh preparation. The croissants are buttery & flaky, the sourdough is top-notch, & their pizza slices are a surprisingly great lunch option.
Service has always been friendly & efficient, even during the busier morning rush. Plus, it's great to see a bakery maintain high standard while keeping prices reasonable.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area or looking for a new favorite bakery downtown!
Stopped here to grab a bite around 8 am. Everything looked absolutely amazing & fresh. Had the Ham & Cheese croissant, super flaky & buttery, under $10. Look forward to trying other items. Worth a try!
Hands down, my favorite bakery in Montreal. I make a point to stop by every time I'm in town-& it never disappoints.
The almond croissants are out of this world: perfectly flaky, rich, & just the right amount of sweetness. Their fresh bread is amazing too, & the quiche makes for the perfect breakfast-light, flavorful, & satisfying.
& let's not forget the coffee-strong, smooth, & a perfect match for anything on the menu.
Incredible quality, cozy atmosphere, & consistently great service. A must-visit if you're in Montreal!
The croissant & the lox sandwich were good. Big selection of desserts & baked goods. The coffee was not great. Service was alright. Lots of seating available, but they looked pretty unclean. Inside the hotel so good convenience location.

Authentic croissants & pastries, solid bread & sandwiche options. I go there on a weekly. Highly highly recommend!
Bonne chocolatines & croissant. Par contre niveau sandwich, c'est un peu une catastrophe, j'ai demandé un sandwich savoyard qui devait avoir du reblochon & de la charcuterie, & je me suis retrouvé avec un sandwich qui avait à peine du fromage & qui n'est pas le bon !! (voir la photo)
