Food was great ,i took a maple croissant & my son tool the provençal sandwich.
But the drinks wasn't good at all i took a chai latte it was only a tea bag in a warm milk...& my son tool a latte, the coffee was bitter & he even didn't drink it.
This bakery makes some of the best croissants & chocolatines I've had - buttery, flaky, & absolutely delicious. On quality alone, they deserve five stars.
Unfortunately, the pricing policy really dampens the experience. They advertise a'buy 3, get 1 free' deal, but it only applies if you buy four of the same pastry. That means four croissants or four chocolatines cost $7.50, which is fair. But if you mix it up - say 2 croissants & 2 chocolatines - the total jumps to $12.48. That's nearly double the price, which feels unreasonable for a neighborhood bakery.
I love supporting local spots & would happily pay a premium for great pastries, but this deal structure feels like a penalty for variety. A mixed 4-pack should still honor the promotion, especially when both pastries are flagship items.
If they fix the pricing fairness, this would be an easy 5-star bakery. Until then, I'll stick to one type of pastry at a time.
Delicious pastry shop
We got the almond croissant with chocolate (essentially a chocoline with a middle layer of almond paste). Also tried the apricot croissant pastry.
Plenty of seating indoors.
The food is great & the staff is very friendly. My favourite is the almond croissant, one of the best I have tried so far. Unfortunately they keep running short on staff & there is usually queues & waiting time during peak hours
Nice Bakery which sells breads, pastries & various sandwiches & salads. It is cafeteria style, you get in line with your tray & you choose what you want, you pay at cashier & go find a place if any available. There was a lineup at lunch time, so if you go for a coffee & pastry better go at another hour. The almond croissant was good as well as the latte. 12$
Classic bakery. Croissant. Bread. Sandwiches. Good coffee. Service was friendly & flexible.
Great little bakery 30 second walk from the marriot hotel. Croissants are among the best ive had. Been there a few times plan to go back.
Fresh breads, tasty & very reasonably priced. Must stop here for deals on croissants & baguettes & their pizza was amazing.
Absolutely fresh pastries, & bread. I enjoy having a cup of latte & a croissant there during weekends.

Mioum! Franchement un délice & de la variété! Croissants, pain, chocolatine... nous nous sommes gâté! Merci
The best viennoiserie & pasterie. I recommend the croissants & pies. Always great quality & don't miss their promotions.
This cafe, situated in the Solar Quarter of Brossard, has a nice ambiance. I love the light permeating the place through high window panes. Like the other Cafe Ange in Champlain Mall, its croissants are tasty, but unfortunately, the coffee (capuccino) is watery & tastes nothing. Otherwise, I would give it 5*. Updates 2023-11-27 Come back to this place a few minutes after opening. There was a long queue people waiting to buy things to take out or food to be consumed on site, I don't know. There are 3 cash registers & one queue but badly organized. The confusion stems from the fact that the 3 cas registers are not before que queue head but staggered before, in the middle & well behind it. They can all serve coffee or sell bakery goods. This creates a problem of wasting time if you just want to get a hot capuccino but are the 10th person on the line while the coffee serving pos is free: you can not directly go there & order. My opinion is that they should have 1 pos specializing in coffee & 2 pos just for selling things to carry out. This is because not any employee knows how to prepare coffee other than americano.
