Delicious pastries. Staff is very nice. I tried speaking in my rusty french & they were very kind & patient with me. Pricing is very reasonable too. The design of the place is bright, clean & contemporary. I tried the apricotine & it was delicious!
La bouffe est bonne avec un bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai adoré le pain, les croissants, le sandwich au saumon fumé, etc. Par contre, il y a du travail à faire en lien avec le personnel... sur 4-5 employés, seulement un était gentil & serviable.
On avait fait préparer une commande pour sauver du temps. On s'est présenté à la place où il y avait le panneau "retrait de commande" & avons été ignorés par les employés qui servaient uniquement ceux avec des coupons. Quand j'ai finalement été servi j'ai demandé à l'employé si elle pouvait chauffer nos sandwich déjeuners & elle m'a répondu "Bah là, ton sac est déjà fermé -_-".... Elle a réouvert le sac à contrecoeur en me faisant sentir mal.... Très mauvais service à la clientèle. La nourriture par contre était bien bonne.
Line is usually long, especially on weekends. We go for their breads on a regular basis but our recent two visits, they've burnt the bread big times...Hopefully they can improve the baking timing soon
This bakery is fantastic! Everything is always fresh & delicious. I get my bread here every day. Plus, if you buy three tartlets, you often get an extra one or two for free. Great value & highly recommended!
My favorite place for breakfast! Come early if you want to choose - all what they do /bake, is too good to stay throughout the day. Choices of breads to sandwiches & treats, are amazing. I wish we would have something similar on the West Coast - but, this is "Montreal "!
F***ing racists. I will never bother to come to this place again, & I don't recommend anyone to waste their money here. When I told the staff that they were being racist, she calmly responded, "No problem, never come back."
