Un mercredi soir du côté bar à Ste-Thérèse. Mon mari & moi essayons la nouvelle pizza carrée sicilienne pepperoni bacon croûte à l'ail. En table d'hôte. 47,50$ pour 12 pouces, qui inclut la salade & le dessert. Presque pas de garniture, versus 3/4 de croûte dure & sèche, presque sans sauce en plus. De l'ail sur la croûte tu dis? NON. Du sel d'ail, & beaucoup! Mauvais. Nous resterons avec la pizza traditionnelle si nous y retournons un jour... Heureusement la salade césar en entrée était bonne. & nous avons pris le biscuit fondant pour apportez. Que voulez-vous, ça''bourre'' manger du plâtre! Il faut toutefois mentionner le service exceptionnel & attentionné de Marie-Laure je crois, une personne qui travaille avec coeur & qui offre le service auquel elle s'attendrait de recevoir en tant que cliente! le staf a fait super bien son travail, j'ai rien à dire, mais j'ai été très déçu de la promotion gratuite pour les enfants, ils proposent qu'une petite partie du menu, faut aimer les pâtes, & c'est un repas gratuit pour un enfant par adulte. Sinon j'ai commandé une salade avec poitrine de poulet, avec 5 micro lanières, j'étais déçu, j'ai tout de même reçu un dédommagement de 10%, j'apprécie, mais j'avais faim donc c'est du poulet que je voulais, pas un rabais. Dernière fois pour moi là-bas, pour une salade à 20$ c'est un peu cheap!View more

0 stars if I could. My GF ordered meatloaf. It should have been called mush loaf, as if they used more breading than ground beef. It was just ok tasting, but the texture made it inedible. She also ordered their quinoa & rice mixture. 3 people tasted it all agreed, it was sour. I ordered a small green salad, as two sizes were available according to the server. I also ordered Calamari as a main to come with the salad. I received the largest salad I've ever seen at a restaurant. Good for 3 people easily. The server said that was the only size. (was she new?). My Calamari came & it looked so dark I had to put on my glasses & shine a light over the plate to look. They were over cooked & chewy. I sent it back. I waited for ever, while eating my overly large salad, for the replacement Calamari. When it finally came I'd swear it was the same plate I returned but with more added. I tried them anyways & the oil they were cooked in squirted in my mouth & I knew their fryer oil was black from the bitter taste. My GF had also ordered calamari, so hers & my replacement came at the same time. We could not & did not eat them. After we decided with couldn't eat our dinner, I spoke to the server. She spoke to the kitchen & they said BP would knock 15% off our bill. My God, we barely ate any of our food & I didn't even put a dent in the salad & only 15% off the bill?!!? The server got a manager, who was actually only a supervisor. She also offered only 15% off. I strongly pointed out that we didn't hardly touch our terrible food. She asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd pay everything but the calamari, though the rice & meatloaf was hardly touched. She agreed while blaming us for our personal tastes. Huh? Apparently others like BP's over cooked, greasy, rubbery squid. Maybe others ate them cooked in clean oil. We didn't blame the server & tipped her over 20% The last time I ate at BP was about 10 years ago & I also had a terrible meal & with terribly rude service. I had planned to never eat at BP ever again, but found myself there against my better judgement. NEVER AGAIN.

Bad food & bad service.
Let's start with the only good point: we got our online order within 25 minutes, on a hockey game night.
Now the bad items:
1) I ordered chicken brochette. It was not well cooked; still pink inside. Uneatable, I had to throw it.
2) my husband ordered pasta jambalaya. It was supposed to be spicy; it wasn't. It was actually quite tasteless.
3) his garlic bread was burnt; the wrong dressing was given for his extra side salad. (That means we paid $3 for mixed greens only).
4) my chicken brochette plate comes with two sides: rice & veggies. None were delivered. I called the resto, & they advised it will get fixed immediately. The delivery guy arrived within ten min (positive point) with & annoyed attitude (bad point) & with only the veggies (bad bad point). Called resto again, to be told the only thing they can do for me is give me $5 credit on my next order. They seemed to have ignored that part of our supper was missing. My husband asked to speak to the manager, & got refused the request five times before finally speaking with him. We politely explained the situation, he apologized & said we'd get the rice within the half hour. However, the rice was in fact never delivered.
Horrible service & bad food.

Mauvaise nourriture & mauvais service.
Je vais commencer par les points positifs : nous avons reçu notre commande en 25 minutes, un soir de match de hockey.
Points négatifs :
1) J'ai commandé l'assiette de brochettes de poulet. Mon poulet n'était pas bien cuit, rose à l'intérieur. On a dû le jeter.
2) mon copain a pris les pâtes avec saucisse, poulet & crevettes. L'assiette était supposée être épicée, elle ne l'était pas. Elle était plutôt sans goût au fait.
3) le pain à l'ail qui accompagne les pâtes était brûlé, & la mauvaise vinaigrette a été mis sur la salade, & ce malgré le fait que la commande s'est fait en ligne (donc info écrite de façon claire)
4) mon assiette de poulet viens normalement avec deux accompagnements: riz & légumes. Aucun ne m'a été livré. Oui, j'ai reçu deux brochettes seulement. J'ai appelé le resto. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils m'enverrai ce qui manque dans qques minutes. Le livreur est arrivée en environ 10 minutes (point positif) avec mauvaise humeur & dans excuses (point négatif) & avec seulement les légumes en main (point tes tes négatif)... J'ai rappelé le resto pour me faire dire que la seule chose qu'on pouvait m'offrir c'est un crédit pour la prochaine commande (comme si j'allais vouloir recommander...). Mon copain lui a expliqué que ça ne réglait pas le problème qu'il nous manquait une partie de notre souper, & on s'est fait répondre qu'ils étaient trop occupés avec les autres clients pour pouvoir nous envoyer le reste de notre commande. Nous avons demandé de parler au gérant, & après s'être fait refusé la requête cinq fois, on a pu lui parler. On est resté poli, après tout ce n'est pas sa faute. Il s'est excusé, & nous a dit que le riz arrivera d'ici trente minutes. Malheureusement, le riz ne s'est jamais fait livré.
Quelle catastrophe de resto....
