Server was nice. He tried. Fries tasted like carboard, wing sauce not the greatest & Thai chicken tacos were from the same cardboard food group.

Went last night Nov.29..just a horrible experience service was terrible..waited 30 min to get served restaurant was not packed at all..asked for a glass of water..finally asked again took another 15 min..food was terrible..pizza tasted like a frozen one..spaghetti sauce tasted like a canned one ..had to ask for a spon for my dessert
Just a terrible experience..never returning

With all the hype, I was expecting a great pizza. But they really need to work on the ingredients. Tasteless sauce & a plain dough. The cheese seemed to be 40 % soya. I felt like I was eating cardboard .

First time going to Boston pizza in years & I won't be returning. We went on a Sunday when the restaurant was practically empty & it took forever to get our food. Service wasn't the friendliest & the food was just bad. One person at our table got a hair on their plate (luckily not in the food) & a dry over cooked burger. One had a salad that was mostly onion. I ordered the jambalaya fettuccine, a dish that claims to have some heat. It was one of the blandest dishes I've had at a restaurant. There was also not much sauce so half the dish was basically like eating plain pasta. Don't bother going here when there are so many other restaurants in the area.

For a restaurant chain having "pizza" in their name, I expected better pizza. We went there because the other option was full. I ordered a smoked meat pizza & the dough & crust was a bit dry. Slightly under-sauce & barely enough smoked meat on the pizza. I mean this isn't the first time I had Boston Pizza, but it is most probably my last.

The crust was perfectly golden & crispy, providing the ideal base for the generous toppings. The blend of cheeses was rich & savory, creating a harmonious flavor with each bite. The tomato sauce had a delightful tang, complementing the other ingredients flawlessly. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. Overall, Boston Pizza delivers a delicious & authentic American pizza experience that will keep me coming back for more.

had tacos & a all dressed medium pizza 41.01 quite expensive for a pizza that tasted like it came out of the freezer sauce was not tasty not much cheese on the nachos more ice then pepsi in the glass free refills told the waitress no ice on the 2nd refill was totally ignored pathetic food
