Went last night Nov.29..just a horrible experience service was terrible..waited 30 min to get served restaurant was not packed at all..asked for a glass of water..finally asked again took another 15 min..food was terrible..pizza tasted like a frozen one..spaghetti sauce tasted like a canned one ..had to ask for a spon for my dessert

Première fois a se boston pizza avec mon beer body pour une game des Canadiens. Les ailes a 1$ étaient super bonnes, super service de la barmaid Marie-Jane. Anthony, le chef d'équipe est sua coche, il offre un excellent service client, très attentionné. Ont a eu une très belle soirée même si le Canadiens ont perdus 7-0. Je recommande.

Beaucoup d'ambiance, un des meilleurs Boston Pizza où je suis allé pour regarder un match de hockey. La nourriture est pareille d'un restaurant à l'autre, toujours bonne.

Le service: pas du a la serveuse car très beau travail de sa part. Servie après 1heure & demi & même un peu plus d'attendre pour une 2 petits pizzas, 1 hamburger & 1 wrap nous étions 4 personnes & je dirais que le restaurant était au un quart plein a l'intérieur, quoi dire pour l'eau au table affreux pas capable d'avoir un deuxième verre. Pour terminer une personne a notre arrivée, passe au table pour qu'on mettre un 5 étoiles ici même sur Google avant même d'avoir commandé un drink.

Only giving stars for the good service. The food was not good. For almost 30$ the medium pizza, i would expect quality ingredients & good flavor but unfortunately both were lacking. The server made alot of mistakes, such as forgetting to bring us water cups, not bringing the drinks we ordered & not bringing the pizza we ordered. Everything was mixed up. When we told him that the drinks he got us werent the ones ordered, he seemed genuinely sorry for the mix up. For the pizza we didnt say anything because after an almost 30 minute wait for the (wrong) pizza, we were too hungry to wait another 30 minutes for a new one. There was only around 3-4 tables being served while we were there, so I don't understand why so many mistakes were made & why the wait was long. I wouldnt recommend this place anymore. The artichoke & spinach dip was good.

Un grand merci à Antonio, notre serveur pour la soirée. Service rapide & très courtois. Le fishbowl Bellini à la pêche à partager pour deux est un incontournable pour les amateurs de drinks sucré, & nos pizzas, poulet bbq whisky & météore, ont bien rempli notre craving pour la soirée! On y a été un jeudi de 17h30@18h30; c'était relativement calme & on s'entendait bien parler. Bon souper en amoureux!

I been coming to Boston pizza 🍕for 2 years with my friends at the bar . the barmaid Marilyn . Is the best always with a smile very friendly. She's there during the week lunch time. I give her a five star review. Thanks for your perfect service.⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? food is excellent many choices. Great staff & great manager Mr Mario very Polite with all his customers. Friendly

Jeanne Larochelle offre un service remarquable au Boston Pizza. Elle est toujours professionnelle, rapide & attentionnée, même lors des soirées plus occupées. Son attitude positive & son efficacité contribuent vraiment à créer une belle ambiance. C'est le genre de serveuse qui sait rendre l'expérience agréable sans en faire trop. Une excellente représentante pour l'établissement!

Le midi du 11 juin 2025, le spécial à 15$ avec breuvage à volonté servi en 16 minutes (en dedans du 20 min garanti!) était de petites portions qui ne nourrissent pas son homme (moi: penne alfredo délicieux; mon hôte: pizza Météor). Salade César délicieuse(side inclus); sodas bien froids. Le petit Irish Coffee à $9.29, supplément, fut servi avec un collet de cristaux de sel sur le verre (pas sucre) comme si c'était une Margarita mexicaine, très inhabituel (ce serait une erreur selon une barmaid expérimentée & le web consultés). Toilettes très propres. L'entrée de la cuisine très propre. Serveuses Sara & Marilyn très avenantes. Près de la banquette du coin ouest de la bâtisse (extrême droite en entrant) , il y avait à ma surprise des toiles d'araignée au sol près de la petite porte de sortie (?rarement utilisée): besoin d'entretien ménager là.

Je suis vraiment déçu de ma commande hier soir a 17h 50 trois pizzas végé. La pâte était trop sèche & semblait vieille, & la garniture manquait de saveur. En plus, la pizza était tiède à son arrivée. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à une bien meilleure qualité. Je ne pense pas recommander à cet endroit

With all the hype, I was expecting a great pizza. But they really need to work on the ingredients. Tasteless sauce & a plain dough. The cheese seemed to be 40 % soya. I felt like I was eating cardboard .

Accommodating staff. Let me watch the Baseball Playoffs. Being a dual citizen, I enjoy Canadian Hockey, soccer & American Baseball. Mediterranean Pizza is the best!! Better tasting than any vegetarian pizza in Montreal.

First time going to Boston pizza in years & I won't be returning. We went on a Sunday when the restaurant was practically empty & it took forever to get our food. Service wasn't the friendliest & the food was just bad. One person at our table got a hair on their plate (luckily not in the food) & a dry over cooked burger. One had a salad that was mostly onion. I ordered the jambalaya fettuccine, a dish that claims to have some heat. It was one of the blandest dishes I've had at a restaurant. There was also not much sauce so half the dish was basically like eating plain pasta. Don't bother going here when there are so many other restaurants in the area.

The sodas are watered down so much... I ordered The BP burger.. couldn't eat even half of it...the patties were dry as heck & that smoky flavoring is absolutely disgusting...this was the second time eating at a Boston Pizza & I wanna tell you I'm not making the same mistake 3 times... Never again🤗

Un délice. Serveur souriant, rapide & courtois. Places aussi confortables que les autres Boston Pizza. Plat délicieux, servi chaud avec des aliments frais & bien cuit. Le bol burrito que j'ai mangé était délicieux. Stationnement très vaste étant donné que c'était dans la zone du Centropolis. Chapeau!
