I had the Cutlet 2.0 the first time I came & it was great. 2nd time, I called 15 minutes in advance so I would't have to wait. I get there & the cashier tells me I have to go to the back. I go to the back where I was IGNORED for 5 full minutes (may not seem like a long time but when you're hungry & impatient, 5 minutes is a LONG TIME) while the woman didn't even acknowledge me. She could have said just it will just be 1 minute or she'll be with me shortly. In the end, I had to shout down another employee to get my sandwich that had been ready the whole time. I paid & left in 30 seconds. The first woman could have done that while talking on the phone. It's called multitasking. In the end, the Italiano was just OK. I make it better at home. I recommend the Cutlet 2.0. Great sandwich, reasonably fast service even when busy. Staff all have a good attitude & are very quick. Has very limited seating indoors & outdoors. Variety of food available but their sandwiches are the best.Voir plus

What an absolute delight. I was greeted with a beautiful smile by a pretty long-haired brunette lady. She even offered water to my dog. & man... what a sandwich... I had the chicken cutlet. Such delicious bread, seasoning, flavors. I also tried a cannoli. Best I ever had. I'm returning again to try more things. Good work & thank you for the warm service 👏Voir plus

Updating my 5 star to 2 stars. Got 2 cutlet sandwiches before closing. One was extremely oily & the other one was soggy. One sandwich the cutlets were inedible because they didnt have any meat & were so dried out. I don't know if they were short on cutlets at the end of the day, regardless they should not be selling if they din't have sufficient ingredients. Olive oil cake was good though.Voir plus

The best sandwich spot there is in Montreal. The sausage is excellent. You might need a nap after though. Their takeout pasta & sauces are also delicious. Never been disappointed. The cutlet & hoagie are also great choices. Call ahead to avoid a wait.Voir plus

I've been a regular customer at Bossa (Verdun location) & the food has been always on point. The meat has been consistently juicy & fresh! Today, I ordered two chicken cutlet sandwiches & my whole family was so disappointed because the chicken cutlet was so thin, all dried up, almost impossible to chew... we felt like chewing dried up leather 😂 I don't know if this is one time thing or the quality of the food is going down. We will see. Once having this kind of experience, it makes us hesitant to go back.Voir plus

We randomly discovered this place after a nearby brunch restaurant had too long of a waiting line. The simple facade hides a lively business, with a surprising number of people inside. Service was efficient. Gnocchis, arancini & beet salad (packaged salad) were good, but the massive sandwiches are definitely the highlight. The chicken cutlet 2.0 was delicious.
