I love this place. There's always a wait but it goes by super fast. There must be a lot of tourists because the staff always speaks English. I've gone to two locations & they're all consistent. On my recent visit to Bossa I experienced a disgruntled employee who was quite rude; maybe he was just having an off day. I gathered his name was Gordon or something like that. On the other hand, I also dealt with a very great employee named Hayden. Overall my sandwich was 10/10 as per usual.

Honnêtement la qualité de cet établissement est devenu déplorable, le pain du sandwich est extrêmement sec que je n'ai même pas fini le sandwich, le sandwich est fait à l'arrache, le service pas un sourire pas un bonjour, des adolescents qui gèrent la boutique sans aucun professionnalisme, j'avais les mains pleine & j'ai demandé pour un sac à emporté la jeune fille à la caisse m'a tendu le sac, & ensuite a réalisé que je pouvais pas mettre ma nourriture moi même, elle a décidé de le faire après avoir remarqué. Aucun service & aucune qualité. Pour un sandwich à 20$ honnêtement c'est misérable.
Il y avait également un client qui est arrivé qui a payé cash l'un des personnels pour éviter de faire la queue & a été servis en priorité devant tout le monde.
