....Mars 2026....Ok its busy so busy at the new 10-30 that we went here instead & omg ! It was marvelous....busy but manageable. We she gave the sandwich i literaly laugh because how heavy it was. We had Porchetta rapini & a sausage sandwich & lets just say you can not be disapointed. We loved it & well be back.
Came in around 11:30 am on a Monday & in a rush. No line & we ordered the Porchetta & the Nonna's Proscuitto that came out in less than 10 mins. The Porchetta was a heavy & filling sandwich. The Nonna's Proscuitto was much lighter & I could eat the whole thing in one sitting... but needed a walk afterwards. I also ordered a cold latte & it was not bad!
Je ne vais probablement rien apprendre à personne avec ce commentaire, parce que l'adresse a déjà largement fait ses preuves. On a vu l'évolution depuis la première boutique sur Wellington, puis l'ascension au fil des années, & malgré l'expansion, la qualité est toujours là.
Les produits sont frais, généreux, constants, & toujours aussi bien réalisés. C'est simple : quand on veut se faire un vrai bon sandwich ou se faire plaisir sans se tromper, Bossa reste une valeur sûre. Le service est impeccable, même quand l'endroit est complètement plein - ce qui arrive souvent, victime de son succès.
On aime particulièrement y passer tôt le matin, quand c'est plus calme & qu'on peut profiter de l'adresse sans la foule. & même si Bossa est déjà bien connu, j'arrive encore à le faire découvrir autour de moi. Dernièrement, pour un dîner de bureau, tout le monde était unanime.
Bossa, incontestablement, c'est le boss.

Both the Chicken Parmesan & Canades sandwiches were phenomenal, great balance of meat, veggies, sauce & flavours. The bread is also so delicious, it's substantial without being over powering & too crusty that it cuts your mouth. The employees are great! The hot pasta is delicious but the cold pasta salads are nothing special in my opinion but still done very well. It does get busy so be prepared to wait 10-20min for your sandwich! This is a cannot miss spot!
I go there once a week & I always get the chicken parm. The quality has always been excellent. However, in the past couple of months I have noticed that the bread is moist when I unwrap it. A moist bread is a turn-off. The bread has to be crunchy… as it used to be. New staff? Maintaining the quality is hard to do. Therefore someone has to sample some & do a quality control before they wrap it up.

J'ai eu l'occasion d'y aller à quelques reprises & que dire. Il y avait une hype autour du Bossa & je ne savais pas pourquoi un resto de sandwich faisait autant de bruit. Ehh bien j'ai compris. Le sandwich au thon (tonno) est phénoménal & le végétarien (caprese) est tout simplement le meilleur que j'ai mangé. On passe souvent à côté de l'option végé, mais là… oufff. Le gâteau à l'huile d'olive est simple & efficace donc rien à dire là-dessus. La créma glacée au café est un must pour moi. Pour ce qui est du staff, tout le monde est très travaillant, mais ils ne manquent pas d'hospitalité. Une seule chose de moins géniale à souligner c'est la taille de l'endroit. Très peu de place à l'intérieur donc impossible ou presque de manger sur place & l'endroit est toujours pacté (victimes de leur succès). Au final, j'ai juste une chose à dire: ALLEZ-Y!!!
