Superbes sandwichs, j'ai essayé le porchetta rapini. J ai adoré les saveur, le contrastes riche du porc & amer du rapini avec aioli epicé.

Deuxième fois je au pris l escalope de poulet. Très bon,généreux en poulet, mais la marinade de piments, aubergine gâche un peu le sandwich. C' est un goût familier en soi, mais messemble qu'il y aurait mieux comme condiment. Ces marinades sont super commune & rend le sandwuich huileux & vinaigré. Des piments rôtis simplement, avec un peu de arugula, pe avec une réduction balsamique. Pas tout a besoin d'etre epicé.
J'ai toujours pensé aimé ces marinades, mais dans le fond, ça n'a pas ajouté pas grand choses.

C'est un peu comme réaliser que les tomates dans un burger, c'est pas bon, parce que 10 mois sur 12, les tomates ça goûte rien, & deux mois par année elle sont tellement bonne que les burgers sont indigne d'une tranche de tomate fraîche du jardin.
J'ai eu une Épiphanie un jour, je me suis dit, les burgers, ça se mange pas de tomates.

La marinade italienne style jardiniera, m'a donné la même réalisation, ça cache toutmles autres goût dans le sandwich.

Tout ça pour dire, j'adore bossa, mais je vais éviter les sandwich avec la jardiniera italienne dedans.

Le Sandwich Prosciutto & le gâteau à olive est excellent. Le point négatif est l'endroit est petit, peu de chaises pour s'asseoir & l'attente pour les commandes Doordash était -/- rapide
Cela a prit 10 minutes d'attente avant que le caissier m'aperçoit & offre son aide. Je crois que le service client peut être modifié aussi.

Whenever I walk into Bossa it's always so crowded, but not the kind that makes you feel like the atmosphere is stuffy & uncomfortable. No, it feels like a nice family reunion, those where you just can't wait for the food to be served, where everyone carries a smile & a certain joie de vivre & you know you'll go back home feeling full of joy, but definitely also full from the delicious food.

This time around, we got a Philly & the sandwich of the month (which is something I highly recommend people to try, no matter the month). The granita is also to die for, it's so perfect, cool, not to sweet or sour, just perfect for a hot summer day.

The staff were super nice & always willing to help, recommending those who didn't know what to pick chose a perfect sandwich for them. The guy with the two stud earrings was particularly thoughtful. When I asked for a bag, he offered the pack the sandwiches along with the other things I was carrying, so thank you!??If you go, please get the sandwich of the month & a granita, I promise won't regret it.
