Amy provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in Montreal.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, & it was completely my mistake. I told her it was my fault & that I didn't need another one, but she wouldn't let me leave without making sure I got exactly the sandwich I wanted. She kindly insisted on making a new one just the way I like it.

On top of that, when I thanked her, she even offered to give me cookies or anything else I wanted. Her kindness, generosity, & genuine care went far beyond what I expected.

Thank you, Amy, for such an outstanding experience. You truly made my day!

Frais & gouteux. Je ne m'attendais pas dutout à cela quand j'ai commandé.
Le service était un peu lent mais rien de dramatique. J'ai attendu une dizaine de minutes en file d'attente & une autre dizaine pour avoir ma nourriture.
L'ambiance est vraiment bien mais il manque de places pour profiter de cette bonne nourriture. On a envie d'y rester pour s'imprégner de cette expérience.
Je comprends par contre que c'est un prêt à emporter.
Je vous conseille vivement d'y aller. L'essayer c'est l'adopter.

The sandwiches were fine, they tasted great but weren't filled in the same way you'd see on pictures. Very thin layer of meats with barely any cheese
The bread has that 1+ day old texture & tasted a bit stale

The AC was also down which made the wait insufferable

Overall a disappointing experience for how much people praised it to me.
The sandwiches were good but not up to the claims
