Bof. Overrated. 45 minutes d'attente pour commander tu fais la file dehors. Y a environ 5 tables en dedans pour s'assoire pis le monde les réserves sans avoir de bouffe resultat y à que du monde qui attendent qui sont assis & toi quand ta ton sandwich soit tu manges au frette dehors ou tu manges dans ton char. Réserver les tables ne devrait pas être permis & il devrait y avoir plus de table. Il y a une seule personne qui prend les commandes c'est tellement coincé que le monde se pile dessus y a pas un spot que tu peux te mettre sans être dans les jambes de quelqu'un.

Mais l'expérience en générale est décevante.
L'endroit est nouveau dans le complexe, longue file d'attente environ 30 min pour prendre la commande & une autre bonne 10-15 aine pour recevoir nos sandwics, personnels professionnels & attentifs, une tournée de crema di café à été offert pour s'excuser de l'attente. Le qualité des sandwiches valaient grandement le temps d'attente
First time trying the resto, heard really good things but sadly was a bit dissapointed. I ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich. The chicken cutlet was extremely thin & not chewable to the point i had to spit it out. Flavors of the sauce & condiments were good but really not what i was expecting.
Update: attempted to contact the support team with the email provided by the owner in the response to my review & it seems like that email address is not even valid. What a fantastic customer service experience to go along with it
Bossa in DiX30. Newly opened where David's tea used to be. I went there on a Sunday & there is still a line at 3 p.m. The service is fast though. I tried 3 locations & the Porchetta is always delicious. The pasta is ok.
it was about time we got a bossa on the south shore!! I got great recs from amy who was super helpful & you can tell she loves her job! definetly recommend this spot!
So hyped to have a Bossa on the South Shore!! The location is beautiful & clean, the craftsmanship of their sandwiches is top notch, & the staff is incredibly friendly & know exactly how to make you feel at home. Definitely a must try if you haven't already, & Amy is such a superstar!!
J'ai bien aimer le sandwich mais tout le staff semble agir comme s'ils sont dans leurs salon, cellulaires à l'oreille, prennent le temp de discuter avant de commencer une commande… bref même la caissière n'avait ps l'air d'aimé le fait que je prend du temp pour choisir ma pâtisserie qu'elle se pressent à me faire choisir…. 15min pour un sandwich quand j'étais le premier en ligne ça fait dure….

L'un de mes meilleurs sandwichs à vie ! Pain frais du jour, ingrédients goûteux, tout était super ! Branding 10/10, jusqu'au papier d'emballage avec intérieur différent. À essayer. Je conseille de commander d'avance afin de sauver la longue file
Amazing place! Favourite place ever, super friendly service. Sweetest girl named Amy took my order yesterday, helped me decide on what to buy, recommended other desserts. Good chat, very helpful & made it a good experience. Eggplant parm is 10/10. Will be back!
Arriver à 19h00 un vendredi soir & voir'sold out' pour les sandwichs sur la porte alors qu'ils sont supposés fermer à 21h00. Pour une enseigne dont les sandwichs sont les produits essentiels, ce n'est vraiment pas acceptable. De plus, vous êtes censé avoir du pain frais 24h/24 selon vos posts en ligne.. Perdre 2h de chiffre d'affaires en sandwich, je ne sais pas comment la direction accepte ça.. C'est dommage car les sandwichs sont très bons mais un service pas fiable comme ça n'est vraiment pas professionnel & ne donne pas envie de retenter sa chance pour encore être sur sa fin.
Expérience traiteur incroyable : accueil chaleureux, personnel très attentionné, cuisine faite maison, on sent la fraîcheur des produits, portions généreuses, tout était savoureux. Un véritable coup de coeur, je vous le recommande vivement.
