The menu is genuinely delicious. I ordered the duck & was very happy with my choice. The prices are above average, but the quality of the food & the overall menu definitely justify the cost. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a great dining experience.

I love, love the food. The service was excellent. We were seated in a very nice spot, the drinks were superb, & I even got a free drink because of a simple delay in the bar. The waitress was very nice & helpful. I will definitely recommend this place.

Beyond excellent!! Great atmosphere & extremely friendly staff. The food was superb - highly recommend the profiteroles for dessert. There is a tasting menu or you can order traditionally. Loved everything 10/10!

We went here at the recommend of our friendly. We opted for the tasting.

The best dishes that we would order again were mushroom ravioli & duck breast. Everything else was quite disappointing. Lobster bisque. Lobster vanilla. Foie gras. Etc. overall the dishes were slightly under seasoned & under flavored. lacked the richness & nuance of French cuisine. Overall food was three stars.

The quantity of food was adequate. If you are a normal size male then you probably won't come out full. Though they serve the same dishes from their à la carte menu the portions are quite a bit smaller. The number of course doesn't make up for the portion size. So just heads up.

Service was attentive & friendly. Definitely five stars there.

Amazing atmosphere, excellent service, & a very beautiful interior design. The food was absolutely delicious & the whole experience was outstanding. We tried the filet mignon & the grilled salmon, & I highly recommend both dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly & full of flavor. We also tried the crème brûlée & the chocolate mousse, & both desserts tasted absolutely incredible. Another great advantage is the parking located right next to the restaurant, which is very convenient, even though it is paid parking. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would gladly repeat & highly recommend.

Les cocktails & les plats sont top. L'ambiance musicale est 100% française. Zero attente pour nous ce soir. Un repas bouclé en 1h30.
Le soufflé est parfaitement exécuté.
Je recommande si vous chercher un bon français dans le Vieux-Montréal.
1ere fois : Magnifique expérience ! De l'entrée au dessert en passant par les cocktails & recommandations de vin de choix ! Un grand bravo à l'équipe qui nous fait sentir être des princes. Je recommande vivement le profiterole avec son choux maison. Un délice !!

It's no wonder Restaurant Bonaparte came sooooooooo highly recommended!!!!!!!

As two very seasoned Montreal foodies , we came to celebrate hurricane grandma's 97th
Birthday -

Well,they knocked the ball right out of the park & here is why ;

- The dining room is old Montreal charming & Frederic made sure we overlooked old cobblestone streets while sitting next to a lovely fireplace - He was so gracious & welcoming .

George's the Maite d' was so very welcoming & warm. Audrey & Catherine' made sure we were completely taken care of this evening to the finest detail .

Oh my goodness ,let's take a moment & describe dinner . My leg iof lamb was braised to perfection , the mashed potatoes were sooooo yummy -Hurricane Grandma's golden dore was equally delectable - I loooved my Bloody Mary etc

dessert was more than fabulous -lemon tart & cheese cake .

The evening was absolutely divine -
They checked all the nano boxes -
We can't wait to come back ❤?❤?❤?🥰
