TLDR: our waitress gaslighting made an already difficult (& sympathetic) dining experience so much worse. First time going to this restaurant, for my birthday, with 2 kids. Context: the kitchen was in total disarray. Based on waiters & the owner, 1) no meat was served at the cooking level asked by customers, 2) orders had huge delays, & 3) the kitchen included a lot of new staff members. My rating is NOT based on these out-of-control elements, which no restaurant is immune to. Our waitress was purposefully not clear about extras being charged based on "choices" she was verbally listing. I picked a garnished oven potato from her list of side choices (which she never mentioned would be extra charge to order), & I ordered a filet mignon. When she asked me if I wanted bone-in or out, I asked her how different these 2 options were. She said that one had the bone (which she totally recommends as the more delicious option) & the other didn't. So I ordered bone-in, which I thought would be nice to try for the first time. When I got my food 1:15 hours later, I accosted a different waiter to question the cut & cooking of the meat (well done instead of medium rare). He's the one who told me that bone-in was 150% the price of the other, & 14oz instead of 8oz. When I confronted the waitress about it, she made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing about it, that she couldn't possibly remember the prices from the menu & tell me about these things (the other waiter did no problem, but okay...), that it was clearly on the menu. She still took it away due to the wrong cooking level, & got back another 25 minutes later with a regular filet mignon (8oz) instead, which is the amount of meat I was prepared to eat originally. The owner offered us dessert free of charge due to the delays & cooking issues. I picked the cheesecake, & I got a mason jar that had a layer of grahan crust at the bottom, then 2 dense twirls of whipped cream (did not taste like a whipped cream made from real cream) with layers of strawberry jelly in between. I validated by taste that there was no cheesy-flavour anywhere before getting the waitress again & tell her that the cheesecake was missing from the jar. She just looked at me as if I had never gotten a cheesecake before, & told me that I had to get to the bottom of the jar to get the graham crust at the bottom, which should definitely confirm that THIS was a cheesecake. When I insisted that crumbs are not what makes a cheesecake (the cheese does), she offered me to bring me a chocolate mousse instead as a way to clear the whole situation. Had it not been for the waitress seizing opportunities to tack on extra fees (I did not argue the potato extra when we got the bill, I was too eager to get out after 2:30 hours in there with 2 young kids), & refusing to take my concerns about their food seriously, it could have been a place where I would go back to for a special occasion. I don't think I want to go back to get treated like this again.
Un magnifique établissement, un accueil personnalisé & incroyablement sympathique & que dire de la qualité des repas. Si j'avais pu mettre 10 ☆ je l'aurais fait !
Très bon service, mais pas plus Bar minimaliste, manque souvent des boissons de base. Aucun atmosphère Excellent steak, C'est la seule chose qui n'est pas en sac ou en boîte. Cuisine en concession, rien n'est fait sur place.
Nous sommes venu ce dimanche, la nourriture était super bonne. Que dire de Tathyanna! Un vrai rayon de soleil, super service. Sa bonne humeur est contagieuse.😊
Je recommande à tous , très bon repas & le service était parfait la serveuse très souriante & courtoise . L'ambiance était superbe pas trop fort. Très bien apprécié.

Excellent service, excellent repas, tout était délicieux! Service hyper rapide, on a adoré notre expérience! C'est LA place où manger la meilleure viande assurée!
L'atmosphère du restaurant est calme & chaleureux. Le niveau de bruit est bas ce qui permet d'avoir des conversations très facilement sans devoir lever le ton de la voix. La nourriture a bon goût. La viande, la fraîcheur est au rendez-vous. La présentation des plats est correcte. Certains mets furent servis sur des supports écologiques,Les frites sont également très bonnes (croustillantes à l'extérieur & molles à l'intérieur). L'accès au restaurant se fait très bien. Un peu en colline donc, si l'accès se fait a pieds & non en voiture, il faut garder cela en tête. Les places de stationnement sont partagées entre quelques restaurants. Le weekend le parking est plutôt rempli.
Ne venant pas du coin, j'avais essayé le Boeuf Cochon il y a environ 6 ans. Puisque j'étais dans le secteur ce soir, j'ai voulu y retourner avec mon mari. Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service de notre serveuse Nathalie. Bien que ce restaurant se présente avec classe, Nathalie nous a fait sentir bien à l'aise & confortable. Elle a prit le temps de bien nous expliquer les coupes de viandes & leur menu. Je me suis senti comme si elle prenait soins de nous. Ce genre de qualité de service en 2024 est en voie de disparition. Le repas Terre & Mer pour deux...simplement délicieux. Merci a toute l'équipe du restaurant Boeuf Cochon. Je n'hésiterai pas à refaire la route pour profiter de cette expérience culinaire. Nathalie, merci encore. Des nouveaux mariés.
