Supposedly dry-aged for 28 days but the beef did not have any of the flavor that comes with dry-aging. We shared the Cowboy Steak which is a 32oz bone-in ribeye. It otherwise was cooked properly though the beef was a bit tough for supposedly superior grade beef. Service was acceptable. This is not a high end restaurant but in a small town it was the best we could find. Wine list was decent. Spent about $115/person tax & tip included for the steak, sides & wine.

Son service est toujours impeccable, attentif & professionnel - un vrai 5 étoiles à elle seule ! En cuisine, Nick nous régale, notamment avec son tartare de boeuf, à mon avis le meilleur que j'aie jamais mangé : savoureux, frais & parfaitement assaisonné. Que je commande à emporter ou que je mange sur place, l'équipe a toujours su dépasser mes attentes. Un grand bravo !
Bon service. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. La viande & les frites sont bonnes mais pour ce type de lieu on s'attend à une meilleure sélection de bières & de vins. Le prix est élevé pour la grosseur des plats.

Nous avons été servi par Étienne très professionnel & a l'écoute de nos besoin. Un seul bémol à notre expérience c'est que ma femme ne voulait pas utiliser la toilette des femmes puisqu' à son dire elle était pas très propre. Sinon l'expérience est à refaire sûrement
