Excellent service de Mélissa, cuisine irréprochable (préparation, présentation, portion, cuisson). Nous sommes tous sortis satisfaits & impressionnés par la qualité de ce que nous avons reçu. Mon nouveau steakhouse préféré!
Quality of food was excellent. We ordered appetizers such as calamari, oysters, & it was all very tasty. Main dishes ordered were rib steak, sirloin steak, ribs, & boss burger & every single piece of meat was cooked as ordered. All cuts were very tasty & tender. Service was extremely slow, wine selection lroved to be a little difficult as several bottles were not in stock, (these were probably due to New Year's Eve packed house with wveryone wanting food at the same time) staff extremely courteous & helpful. I will go back & will recommend.

Avant un spectacle à la place Bell , nourriture exceptionnelle service de qualité avec un dj sur place l'ambiance est au rdv , j'ai adorée la viandes veillie dans leurs frigos , c'est sure que je veut revenir meilleur steak house beaucoup de stationnement
Je dois d'abord dire que la nourriture est très bonne. Le roast-beef est excellent. Mon dessert pour ma part n'était pas assez cuit (pouding chômeur). Il y avait de la pâte a gâteau cru. Ce fut une très belle soirée. Mais......il y a un très sérieux problème de petite mouche (genre mouche à fruits) c'est vraiment désagréable de manger avec des dizaines de mouches qui te tourne autour de la tête & sur la bouffe. Un certain moment mon père avait 3 mouches après son verre de vin. C'est inacceptable. On nous répond qu'on sait pas d"ou ça vient...c'est certain qu'il y a un problème dans la cuisine de storage de fruit ou légumes. J'ai passé mon repas à me gratter. Dommage.............encore là la bouffe est très bonne.

10/10 pour la viande & le service ! 5/10 pour l'ambiance (très bruyant & musique innapropriée pour un souper romantique). Le décore ne "fit" pas avec la qualité de la cuisine & du service, qui eux sont hors pair !
Steak was delicious. The staff are very nice, friendly, sincere, but the service was needs much improvement. We were a party of 2 ans I had to find a waitress after waiting 20 mins. Then the waitress was very nice, she asked us if we were in a rush & we said no. Being a Saturday night, a couple would expect to enjoy at least a 2 hour seating, but once the waitress brought the bottle of wine, our 2 Caesar salads followed 1 minute later. It would have been nice to wait at least 5 minutes. Then before my date was finished her salad (10 mins later), they brought out steaks & she couldn't finish her salad & the tables of 2 are small, so no room to hold onto the salad. Then after the steaks, it took a while to be followed up on. As well, no one asked if our steaks were fine (they were great), but one always needs to make sure everything is fine. When I asked for the check, I had to wait to pay, which is always annoying so I stood up near the bus boy station & staff passed me by, our waitress was helping a large table, so I knew it would take her some time & then a manager came by & took care of it. Again, the staff were very nice & sincere, the food was very good, but there is room for improvement on timing, very fixable. This review is more for the restaurant to help them with some minor tweaks that are very easy to fix. I recommend the restaurant, but a little noisy as half of it is a sports bar so not a great place for an intimate dining for 2, but I would go back.
Nous avions réservé en ne sachant pas que le jeudi c'était le ladies night. Pas cher & le filet mignon & tartare étaient très bons.
C'est plutot côté service que c'était bizarre, on nous offre du vin pour le Ladies nights & quand on lui demande quels sont les vins d'iNclus le serveur nous dit qu'il ne le sait pas & reste planté devant nous , oufffff.
C'était réellement spécial, nous avions 2 très polis & gentils monsieurs qui s'occupaient du service mais on ne sait trop, ils étaient vraiment sur une autre planète. En général nourriture bonne mais donner des petit training sur le cote service & sur la carte du restaurant à vos employés.
