The service was terrible. The waiter could not handle a big group.
They stuck an extra small table to add two spots to our group. The table was literally child size.
No cutlery, no water or drinks offered. He kept refusing people from ordering extra dishes & sides. He never came around to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything. Never offered dessert either, he just brought the bill straight away.
Everyone's steak was overcooked, the octopus had gooey skin left on it & the Cesar salad was so soggy.
I had high hopes for this place, considering a few friends of ours raved about it. But definitely won't be going back.
Hier mon fils & moi avions un réservation. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement. C'était la première fois que mon fils mangeais un steak New York. La nourriture etais excellente & que dire de notre serveur Tanyel...une perle comme j'ai rarement vue. Il c'est occuper de nous avec brio. Bravo!
Très belle soirée. Le steak était tout simplement sublime. Notre serveur Tanyel était vraiment super. Il était vraiment attention il nous a donné un excellent service.
Le serveur était très attentif & professionnel tout au long du repas, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le steak était excellent & les accompagnements très bons également. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. Il faisait un peu froid dans la salle, mais tout le reste était parfait. J'y retournerai certainement. Merci pour le bon service ! We went there on Friday evening with 5 people. Restaurant was 70% full.
First bad impression was that we had to wait 15 mins for waiter to come & greet us. On the table they had 2 napkins & 2 glasses of water. He did not bring utensils & water for the rest of the group so we had to share for the appetizers. There was another female waitress who passed by & was surprised that we are missing things. She went but it took another 10 mins for them to bring utensils. The waiter's comment was that they don't have enough. Really??
There were also 2 wine glasses on the table which stayed throughout the evening despite the fact that we said we will not drink alcohol. A minor comment but you would expect better service from this category of restaurant.
The food was so so. Some of the steaks were overcooked or undercooked.
The best part was the dessert. Both presentation & taste was amazing.
Would go again for dessert but not for steak.

Vraiment étrange expérience. Service vraiment attentionné en début de soirée, mais la serveuse'rabaissait' plusieurs plats du menu ce qui fait qu'on ne les a pas choisis. D'ailleurs le même manège s'est produit au dessert avec un autre serveur. C'est à ce demander pourquoi ces plats sont encore au menu!
Les quantités proposées nous ont aussi empêchées de choisir certaines coupes de viandes intéressantes (Rib steak disponible seulement au format 16 oz!)
Mon amie a trouvé que sa bavette était plutôt coriace. Mon bifteck hors-la-loi était bon.
On a signalé au serveur que le pouding chômeur n'était pas cuit & avait une texture vraiment étrange, il a dit qu'il vérifierait quelque chose & nous reviendrait, mais n'est jamais revenu. Mon amie ne l'a pas mangé & je n'ai pas non plus mangé la 2e couche de ma mousse au chocolat, qui était toujours congelée. Heureusement on ne nous a pas chargé les desserts (j'ignore d'ailleurs combien ils coûtaient puisqu'il n'y a pas de carte des desserts).
Nous étions assises près des fenêtres & il y avait un important courant d'air qui entrait.
Je n'y retournerai pas volontairement, beaucoup trop de meilleurs choix à proximité!
Wow!!! Le steak excellent. Service impeccable. Ils nous ont tous expliqué les coupes de viande & suggéré un excellent vin. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. À visiter!
I LOVED the food here, the steaks are amazing, the drinks were amazing & the staff was very friendly, our waitress Emmanuella gave us a great experience & she was very kind & helpful, I came today on a Sunday & it had a great atmosphere, I really recommend this place, & the dry age ribsteak I tried was great!!

Nous n'avions pas de réservation ce que nous aurions dû penser à faire un samedi. Nous avons eue le privilège de nous faire attribué une table pour deux. Personnel chaleureux & que dire des steak & du boeuf cochon sour juste wow. Nous reviendrons assurément ♥?
Le service pour la nourriture était long. Le steak était brulé à l'extérieur & trop salé. Je ne recommande pas pour ce rapport qualité/prix… Plus de 3-4 serveurs à tourner en rond donc plusieurs personnes voulaient toujours nous enlever nos assiettes lorsqu'on n'avait pas terminé, on s'est senti presser…
Wonderful, old school Steak House staff & management knowledge, with an amazing comfortable venue layout. Shawn walked us over all the key items on the menu steak wise with full on cut display's. I look forward to going back again! Highly recommend it.
