Bo' Dégât, OMG! Where should I start? Well, Spain can be really proud of you, that is for sure, my dear Bo' Dégât! Food cooked to order, quality ingredients, excellent service, a kitchen brigade capable of some of the best cooking of Montreal, a world class Chef (Chef Carme Márquez is a gifted Chef, but she is also a great communicator, etc.). Elite cooking (elite textures, elite work of the flavours, elite technique, etc.). Bo' Dégât, you are a Tip Top Spanish dining destination for Montreal & trust me, I think a lot before showering a restaurant with praises, which means that your greatness gave me no other choice but to rave about your great work! Deservedly so!

Voici un restaurent où l'on peut manger des repas vraiment Espagnols.La chèf nous ravi avec la tortilla, croquettes de jambon Ibérique, des acras de morue comme on trouve pas ailleurs, & tous ces plats qui soient classiques ou régionneaux sont élabores avec soins & connaisance des différentes régions.

Restaurant de quartier délicieux, une superbe découverte. La chef propriétaire est fabuleuse & pannionnée. Tout est bon! Il vaut mieux réserver car c'est petit, ce qui rend l'ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale. Une vraie pépite!

Un restaurant à essayer. Des plats typiques de Barcelone avec une touche du chef. Une terrasse est disponible pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la journée. Seul le niveau de bruit d'un groupe a été un peu désagréable.

Realmente quedamos totalmente satisfechos, impresionados y fascinados con la comida, servicio y ambiente....mil puntos..en cada momento y detalle de la atención brindada por Chef Carmen en Bo' Dégât ...pedimos Calamares, Pulpo a la Gallega, Tortilla espanola y la especialidad de la semana y de postre el Ganache....que realmente me quedo con la satisfacción de volver nuevamente...muchísimas felicitaciones y lo recomiendo sin dudar!!!! Gracias Carmen...una excelente persona!!! Y excelente experiencia culinaria!!
