One of my favorites sushis restaurant. The soy sauce is really good too. If you want to eat to get full you might need to take 2/3 plates but really worth it !
Everything about this restaurant is a 10/10. The food, the people, the service… I can continue all day. I took a couple beautiful pictures but let me tell you the tartare was by far the best i've ever had & I didn't have time to take a picture because I devoured it because it was soooo delicious. If you're thinking of bringing your date or even a little girls night/bday this is THE place. 1000% recommend!!

When asked about menu I was replied by the Asian waiter guy with black glasses that everything which is on the menu is on the menu. Despite asking again what do you have closer to Salmon & avocado, was responded again with the same exact sentance. No help at all.
Such a wonderful experience! The sushi was delicious, great music & a cozy ambiance! the manager Kevin really ensured all our needs were taken care of. highly recommend.
I love this place! Always great service from Kevin, Sak, Rose & Sabrina. The food both looks good & tastes good. This is a great spot for a date or to catch up with friends. Definitely recommend!
Our chicken karaage was literally raw, & the server seemed annoyed when we pointed it out. The sushi was flavourless, & the service was terrible. We waited more than two hours to receive our meals, for a group of nine.
I would not recommend coming here. Even when we raised our concerns with the server, he did not apologize or make any effort to accommodate us. That tells me everything I need to know about this restaurant.
Know that their spin on traditional sushi seems to be their signature & it's great if that's what you expect.
So expect it.
This place makes a sort of french-i-fied version of Japanese food.
All of the sushi is augmented to be fancy.
Honestly, it was good but I didn't know that going in so I was a bit put off.
I was delighted to know they have salmon belly but surprised that it was charred & scored with flavors on top. If I was allowed to choose, I would have chosen one of each & gotten double since salmon belly is so good.
EDIT: they don't do salmon belly anymore
I'd say the place is fantastic if you're looking for something not so traditional.
Nice spot! We came for the 1$ oysters, which were mediocre, but the other food was good! All the sushi was presented really nicely & very fresh ingredients. The salmon tartare was really good. We also got the crispy maguro which was really good, like a fancy'sushi pizza' that a lot of places do. All of the maki looked yummy, just a bit on the smaller side as it's more of a boutique restaurant.
They did have a $10 selection of wine online on the menu but in the restaurant they didn't have that anymore, so I ended up getting a nice dry rose.
The decor inside is very nice, with a giant fake cherry tree, & some plants. Where they make the sushi it is fully open so it's cool to get to see them out the ingredients together, & you get to see that it's all prepared fresh.
Also most of this area is permit parking only, so I'd suggest taking the metro if you came here to avoid trying to park.
Amazing experience at Le Blossom. The service was genuinely tailored to our needs, making us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The drinks were original, beautifully crafted, tasteful & so is the food. The ambiance was chill & cozy. The bartender was especially attentive & made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.
