Le Blossom est un restaurant avec une cuisine délicieuse. Nous avons adoré les plats, autant pour leurs saveurs que pour la présentation, toujours soignée & spectaculaire.
Cependant, j'avoue que nous avons été déçus par le service. En groupe de cinq, il a été difficile d'obtenir du service. Environ 15 minutes avant qu'on nous apporte de l'eau, près de 25 minutes avant la prise de commande, & aucun suivi pour les boissons par la suite. Nous avions même l'impression d'être oubliés, surtout en voyant les serveurs offrir un service attentif aux autres tables, autant pour les plats que pour les breuvages.
C'est dommage, car le restaurant est présenté comme un incontournable sur les réseaux sociaux, & la qualité des plats confirme qu'il y a un réel potentiel. Avec un service plus attentif, l'expérience pourrait vraiment être à la hauteur de sa réputation

C'etait une super expérience nous avons pris le menue dégustation groupe car nous étions 10 il était beau & délicieux vraiment alors que je ne suis pas fan de sushi !!!!

We stopped in here on a whim before a concert. The inside is stunning & the food & drinks we ordered we enjoyed. We were definitely surprised by the limited options for sushi rolls but overall we were happy with our experience.

We went here for Valentine's Day &, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. When we arrived, no server came to greet us or explain the fixed menu. The first interaction we had with our waitress was when our entrées were brought to the table, which made the evening feel rushed.
Throughout the night, we noticed other couples receiving roses & chocolates as part of the Valentine's experience. When it came time for us to leave, we weren't offered anything. It's not about the rose itself, but about being treated differently despite being there for the same special occasion as everyone else.
Valentine's Day is meant to be special, & unfortunately, that wasn't our experience
My friends & I came here on a Tuesday evening after seeing many good reviews all over social media, & it definitely did not disappoint! We enjoyed the Plateau Mardi they offered paired with some oysters which tasted extremely fresh. The sushi was certainly filling with every bite being delicious. Would definitely come back soon for both the food & aesthetics of this gorgeous restaurant 🍣💗
