I must say we were truly blown away by Le Blossom. The cocktails were perfectly balanced, creative & delicious. The atmosphere was so uniquely whimsical & cozy. Not to mention the top notch service we received throughout the evening. But the sushi was undeniably some of the best we've have ever had. We tried the Yuzu Lobster Oishi & the Tuesday Special tasting platter & much like the cocktails, each thoughtfully prepared dish offered its own imaginative twist that only a master of their craft could execute so perfectly to create a truly one of a kind culinary experience. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. It is truly something special & a must try!
Nous allons d'abord au Blossom pour la beauté du décor. La présence du magnifique cerisier japonais en fleurs est tout simplement magique! J'avais déjà eu l'occasion d'y aller avant la pandémie & j'avais gardé un excellent souvenir de mon expérience. Ma deuxième visite en octobre 2025 fut cependant fort différente & décevante.
Il faut d'abord souligner le service extrêmement attentionné de notre serveur, qui avait en tête les plats de notre dernière visite pour nous présenter les nouveautés au menu.
Le cocktail fut rafraichissant, mais par particulièrement marquant. Le premier plat, le duo sashimi saumon & hamachi, s'est avéré très ordinaire pour ce qui est de la coupe & de la qualité des morceaux servis, bien relevé par contre par la sauce ponzu. Le second, la version Blossom de la pizza sushi, était excellent avec les jalapenos marinés, mais en si petite quantité qu'on ne pouvait que se sentir floués: une mince couche de thon rouge sur une croustille wonton. J'ai pris le nigiri de thon toro à la carte, qui m'a déçue par son manque de richesse. Sur le plateau de makis, enfin, 2 des 3 makis étaient froids intégralement, donc sortaient visiblement tout droit du réfrigérateur, alors qu'il comportaient du tempura... Ce n'est pas exactement ce qu'on attend d'un repas en salle à manger. Le maki au pétoncle à la feuille de soja était pour sa part exquis.
L'ensemble ne m'a pas donné envie d'y retourner. Les portions sont particulièrement chiches pour le prix, & il y a eu quelques écueils en cuisine.
Restaurant super sympa, les plats sont vraiment excellents & revisitent de façon modernisée la carte traditionnelle du restaurant japonais. Cocktails très sympa & service soigné & détendu. Je recommande vivement !

Nos plats étaient délicieux, les cocktails hhhmmm ça descend tout seul . Pour les 2hrs alloués par réservation standard, le service est rapide. Être attabler sous l'arbre it's a vibe!!
Chic interior & welcoming bar vibes with fusion Japanese cuisine. Their salmon tartare was great & so were the cocktails. Only bad thing is our server took forever to bring put our dessert (almost 30 mins). Couldve been ok if it was a warm dessert but no, it was chocolate mousse probably already premade hence I didnt understand why it took so long. Funny thing is, resto was about to close & we were one of the few last people there so reto wasnt even busy.

Modern Japanese style restaurant. Very cute, great vibes, all staff were wonderful. Food was fantastic, we had several rolls, the chicken kara-age, edamame, chicken dumplings, scallops, salmon & beef tartare. The yuzu spritz cocktail was my personal highlight of our visit.
Absolutely amazing! Came here for my birthday & the staff made it so so special. The food was amazing & they have great cocktails as well. Zach, Sak & Rose were so friendly & genuine!! Thanks again!
Incredible experience! Went with my husband & had a great time, the cocktails were delicious & service was quick & good! The food itself was an experience, we started with fried cauliflower which was delicious & well served. For the main dishes we ordered 3 makis, with 5 large pieces each. Each Maki was served after the previous 5 pieces were eaten. Don't expect traditional sushi as that is not what the restaurant proposes in their menu. Shout-out to the incredible Oshi lobster, it was our favorite dish, delicious & well served. Looking forward to going again & trying other dishes.

A place worth going for a date. love this place! everything from the cocktails, the food, the atmosphere. The staff is friendly & it really adds to the experience.
Wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere. We had a reservation that had a hiccup, but they had no problem seating us at the bar. The cocktails were delicious, I recommend the Shinji Sour! Our waiter was super nice, & he always came just at the right time. Food was also prompt! The food was absolutely delicious too! Recommend the Sakura Timeout Maki & the califlower bites! The fried chicken was very good, but also not the more stand out, go for the recommendations! The place is on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for, not overpriced at all. It's the perfect spot for a date out, & I'll definitely be returning.
Always an absolute pleasure to dine at Blossom. The food is consistently high-quality, cocktails are innovative & tasty & a great vibe. Thanks for another excellent dining experience.
