Update: The restaurant owners had my review removed. I am not the only one voicing an opinion. That's not right.
Hi everyone, this review will be realist. Up to you to decide. The first time I brunched there was a quiet week day. Memorable, flavours reminded me of my mother's cuisine.
This time around, it was packed. Thankfully we had made reservations. You could feel the tension in the air which is understandable. One waitress brushed us off but again, given the commotion, we sympathized. Now for the meal. First we ordered mimosas which for the tiny size & weak mixology was overpriced (12$). Then came the long awaited flavours only to conclude they were fad to my disappointment. I may give it a third try but not during busy weekends.
Delicious brunch! We made reservations because it is usually packed on the weekend. I liked the vibe, very cozy & bright, & we were seated by the window to soak up the sun. The food was delicious & came out so fast, even before we had our drinks! It was a bit cramped & loud since there were so many people & it is a small restaurant. But overall, the staff were friendly & the food was worth the price.
I recently visited Bloomfield Restaurant with friends, & it was a fantastic experience! The cozy, modern vibe made for the perfect setting for brunch. The menu offered a variety of tasty options, from avocado toast to eggs benedict, all made with fresh ingredients. The portions were just right, & everything was flavorful.
The service was friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere was relaxed, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Whether you're with friends or celebrating something special, Bloomfield is a great spot for a delicious, laid-back brunch. We'll definitely be returning!
4.2/5
Montreal may be freezing in March, but this Jerusalem platter is pure warmth & comfort! Creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, velvety labneh, perfectly spiced eggs, crispy halloumi, & fluffy pita-every bite is a taste of sunshine. Who needs spring when brunch looks this good? 😏
Their pistachio latte is to die for😍. The jerusalem platter is a must! Affordable too.
Small but cozy. Fast service & beautiful presentation of the plates. Nice compact menu & reasonable prices . What I would liked, bigger cups for the latte. My wife didn't like the aremicano. The omelette is not an omelette, it's more like a frittata.
J'ai adoré mon expérience. Super service courtois & efficace.
The food here is simply amazing! I had the Turkish eggs, & they were absolutely delicious. However, there isn't a dedicated server for your table; instead, three different servers attempt to bring food to your table. One particular server had a consistently bad attitude. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, she seems annoyed all the time. Unfortunately, this detracts from the overall dining experience, making it uncomfortable. However, I received a call to review my experience, & they took my feedback into account & apologized. For this reason, I am giving an additional star to service.
Very cozy atmosphere , friendly staff , great food as well.
Very friendly staff & amazing food. I got the Palestinian chicken, very much recommended
Great little brunch! Make sure to reserve before you go. The food was delicious & the service was super quick. Drinks & food came at the same time. Only downside is that the tables of 2 are quite close together & we could hear the conversations from both sides.
It's true that most things you will eat here are different in taste & ingredients. They added some strange items to Avocado toast, made it different in a good way. But, I expected much better quality. The eggs in Persian Kuku Sabzi have a dominant taste, which overwhelms the flavor of the dish that's meant to highlight the greens.
