They were the highlight of the place. The atmosphere was just ok. The food was disappointing (& I've been to different vegan sushi restaurants). Salmon sashimi was ok. Miso soup was bland. The rice was good. The crispy rice was unpleasantly chewy & gummy. The smoked crab was extremely overpowering; after that, we couldn't taste anything else. Brownie was gummy, although very tasty.View more
It's a nice & good service restaurant in Montreal. It's vegan food, especially vegan salmon that's good taste as the real one. But the price is a bit expensive but good to invest for the special occasion.View more
Yummy, creative vegan sushi. I couldn't choose, so I ordered omakase. The miso soup was good with umami flavor. The crispy gyoza were a little plain tasting (I wouldn't order again). The sushi was delicious. Good textures & flavors. The vegan salmon was eerily good with the right color & marbling & texture as real salmon. The staff were friendly & attentive. Dinner was a splurge but it's worth it.View more
I am not vegan & when I saw pictures of the place I was surprised that they have salmon sashimi & sushi. It look so similar but also taste so good! The food is really nice & so well decorated:)View more
This place has really delicious sushi! It's a little pricey, but the ambiance of the restaurant is worth it! We had the Mushroom Crispy Rice & Crispy Gyoza for Appetizers, then ordered the following Blossom Roll (Yellow Wrap),'Salmon' Philadelphia Roll, Mr.Crunch Roll, & Mangoo Roll! The crispy rice was a little too chewy & thick for our liking, but portion sizes were ok. We went here for dinner & really enjoyed our date night!View more
The staff were super kind & sweet. The vegan food was okay, the mango-orange roll is definitely nice. The konjac salmon was made well too, the texture & taste was perfect. Other dishes were okay.View more

This place exceeded our expectations! First, our reservation mix-up was met with grace. Amidst the Saturday night hustle, the host seamlessly found us a cozy table for two, transforming our reservation hiccup into a delightful evening. The efficient server guided us through a sushi adventure, with two generous platters that made our taste buds dance. The konjac salmon was a standout, remarkably resembling the real deal. Their vegan salmon, convincingly mirroring its non-vegan counterpart, is a masterful creation. It deceived all our senses with its authentic taste & texture, leaving us in awe. The appetizers boasted rich flavors, & the addition of pesto to the arancini was a succulent touch. The miso soup, gently warm with a subtle infusion of mushrooms, introduced a delightful twist to the classic, offering a sweet & savory dimension that we savored as our initial course. Opting for the platters allowed us to savor a diverse array of sushi, & every bite proved sensational-a culinary canvas adorned with edible flowers & vibrant rolls. Thanks to the spicy mayo, the sushi rolls remained moist & didn't require extra soy sauce. Paid parking (on street) was available not far away for our vehicle. Bloom Vegan Sushi delivered a delectable experience with prompt & professional service & a menu that left us thoroughly satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend it & look forward to returning.View more
After watching the popular Netflix series "You are what you eat" this Vegan sushi resto was our first trial at vegan style food. OMG, truly a very true great find. the food was delicious & delicate. You can see the details put into everything from the decor of the food to the taste. Do we really need meat ? We came out full & it the experience was above of what we expected. Price was very fair for the Decor, service & food quality. We tried the Labrador tea which is very nice touch to our dinner. def recommended to try. We tried the Salmon Konjac which is a take on the real salmon. super! We ordered the Fruit dessert Maki to finish the night & it was a great finish. def recommend to come here to try! Our journey couldn't have started any better for healthier & more conscience food sourcing. Hats off to the staff here that made the experience a true 5 star. Now let's all head over to 11 Madison Park in NYC. lol.View more
