Nice waitress, cool to see vegan places like this thriving in MontrealView more
Loved the set menu! Miso soup, gyoza, rolls, & a dessert. Plant based vegan sushi fans won't be disappointed.View more
Second time visiting & still absolutely amazing. We tried maybe 6 different rolls & all were delicious & distinct. I love how it has flavors of sushi, even with most rolls not using'fake' fish. The Inari fried rice appetizer was also amazing. Inari had such a light delicious flavor. Our favorite roll was Mr. Crunch but we enjoyed all. The mushrooms were prepared so tenderly & favorfully in all of the rolls with mushrooms. I also got a mocktail of the Omu plum & ginger drink - so light, just a bit sour & just a hint sweet. It was beautiful & refreshing. The atmosphere is relaxed & chic, & the service is impeccable. Highly recommend & can't wait to visit for a third time!View more
Best vegan sushi I've ever had - I've been 4 times so far & have always ordered the Mr. Crunch roll which is a must tryView more

A fusion Japanese sushi. We like it. Many types of sushi to try. Hard to get a table around this area, especially if we have more than 4 people. Service is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. We sit on the outdoor table which is nice, not too crowded. Food comes quickly & yummy. Many tasty sushi rolls. We will come backView more
My husband & I were craving sushi, & were at first disappointed when we realized this was a vegan only sushi place (my husband actually wanted to leave when he found out). Luckily for us we decided to stay, as this was top five of all our sushi experiences - ever! Being two fish-sushi lovers, we were amazed how little we missed the fish (none) because the rolls were amazing! Highly recommend this place.View more
Lovely spot for vegan sushi. Most of the rolls are very good. Some are less tasty than others. The matcha ice cream was good aside from some bits of ice, & the brownie was tasty, but the hot coulis the plate was lathered with was too tart. The waitress was great.View more
This place has really delicious sushi! It's a little pricey, but the ambiance of the restaurant is worth it! We had the Mushroom Crispy Rice & Crispy Gyoza for Appetizers, then ordered the following Blossom Roll (Yellow Wrap),'Salmon' Philadelphia Roll, Mr.Crunch Roll, & Mangoo Roll! The crispy rice was a little too chewy & thick for our liking, but portion sizes were ok. We went here for dinner & really enjoyed our date night!View more
This is a paradise for vegans. I have not eaten such flavourful sushi even in Japan. Some of my favourites are Delhi, Paradise, Samurai, rock & roll spicy. The starters are amazing too! The gyozas are must try! Over all a wonderful experience. The cocktails are good but on the very expensive side.View more
The staff were super kind & sweet. The vegan food was okay, the mango-orange roll is definitely nice. The konjac salmon was made well too, the texture & taste was perfect. Other dishes were okay.View more
This place exceeded our expectations! First, our reservation mix-up was met with grace. Amidst the Saturday night hustle, the host seamlessly found us a cozy table for two, transforming our reservation hiccup into a delightful evening. The efficient server guided us through a sushi adventure, with two generous platters that made our taste buds dance. The konjac salmon was a standout, remarkably resembling the real deal. Their vegan salmon, convincingly mirroring its non-vegan counterpart, is a masterful creation. It deceived all our senses with its authentic taste & texture, leaving us in awe. The appetizers boasted rich flavors, & the addition of pesto to the arancini was a succulent touch. The miso soup, gently warm with a subtle infusion of mushrooms, introduced a delightful twist to the classic, offering a sweet & savory dimension that we savored as our initial course. Opting for the platters allowed us to savor a diverse array of sushi, & every bite proved sensational-a culinary canvas adorned with edible flowers & vibrant rolls. Thanks to the spicy mayo, the sushi rolls remained moist & didn't require extra soy sauce. Paid parking (on street) was available not far away for our vehicle. Bloom Vegan Sushi delivered a delectable experience with prompt & professional service & a menu that left us thoroughly satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend it & look forward to returning.View more
Got the chef omakase deluxe which was overall delicious. The rolls were all nice & creative, especially the mushroom one. The miso soup was a little off because the mushrooms in it were very sweet. The fried dumplings were nice especially with the sauce. Service was efficient but not as engaging as other places. Decor was pretty. Cocktails were so-so. The Kawai just tasted like strawberries & the whiskey one tastes like pears. The latter was well decorated though. The crystal wasn't bad.View more
My experience at this plant-based sushi spot was a mixed bag. Having tried other vegan sushi restaurants in Montreal, my expectations were high, but unfortunately, this place fell short. The sushi seemed to linger on the kitchen bar for too long, arriving at our table dry & hard to chew.
The Mr. Miyagi & spicy crab crispy rice cake were a letdown, with an overwhelming saltiness that made it impossible for my partner & me to swallow. The two futomaki rolls we ordered were equally disappointing in taste & presentation.
On a brighter note, the Inari crispy rice & gyoza were the saving grace of our meal. These dishes stood out as flavorful & satisfying. Drinks were good.View more
