Esperienza che ha superato le aspettative. Personale gentilissimo, cibo di qualità e un'attenzione al dettaglio ormai rara da trovare nei ristoranti. Interessante anche scoprire le origini del ristorante, sono tutti molto disponibili a raccontare la storia del posto e i sommelier sono davvero molto preparati 🍷

Ristorante speciale di Venezia, per chi come noi ogni tanto vuole concedersi una coccola gastronomica ed è vegano! Il ristorante ha un menù molto curato e propone anche piatti ricercati dedicati a chi segue il nostro stile di vita. È possibile anche fare una degustazione interamente vegana, completabile anche da una scelta di vini vegani e biologici. Ottimi tutti i piatti, veramente, sia agli occhi che al palato. Servizio attentissimo, dall'accoglienza fino ai saluti, con i camerieri che sapevano relazionarsi con clienti da ogni parte del mondo. Prezzi in linea con il servizio e onesti. Infine, degna di nota anche la filosofia del locale: dei dépliant sui tavoli spiegano il desiderio del fondatore di creare un luogo di aggregazione ospitando incontri culturali di varia natura, che si svolgono nel corso di tutto l'anno (pittura, poesia ecc). BRAVI!!!
Consigliato come ristorante romantico a Venezia dall Gambero Rosso. Ho trovato un locale accogliente ed elegante ma non impacchettato. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione classico che ripropone ricette storiche rivisitate. Ho trovato i piatti davvero perfetti , dalla materia prima alla presentazione ma soprattutto i sapori bilanciati e mai scontati. Una stupenda esperienza da rifare.

Outstanding evening! Our waiter, Rinto, was knowledgeable & polite. Our two main dishes were simply delicious, & the dessert was like nothing we had tasted before. All the excellent food was accompanied by a complimentary soup at the start & chocolate at the end. The value was very good, given that this is a very fine dining restaurant with delicious meals & lovely atmosphere.
We booked in advance a day early which was a delightful surprise to actually get a table.
Someone had booked under the same name but this was quickly rectified & we were placed in a comfortable table straight away.
I wanted to experience fine dining from Venice & I wasn't disappointed with selecting Bistrot de Venice. The staff were extremely attentive & each meal was explained to my wife & I with great detail. The restaurant decor was magnificent to study as we waited for each of our meals.
The wine that was matched by the staff complimented each dish extremely well. I felt warm & very relaxed eating here.
My clam pasta was my favourite meal of the evening. I tried to savour every bite. I don't think I can eat clam pasta anywhere else ever again knowing I've found perfection.
Each meal that left the kitchen & passed into the restaurant Brought such wonderful aromas.
I could write on for days how fantastic it was but you'll just have to try it for yourself. Highly recommend.

Il Bistrot de Venice è una vera sorpresa nel cuore della città: atmosfera elegante e calorosa, servizio impeccabile e una cucina che conquista dal primo assaggio. Ogni piatto è curato nei dettagli, ricco di sapore e presentato con grande raffinatezza. La carta dei vini è eccellente e valorizza alla perfezione il menù. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Venezia attraverso gusto e emozione.
Locale sopravvalutato. Atteggiamento da stella Michelin, ma hanno molto da imparare.
In fase di prenotazione, danno la possibilità di richiedere degli extra. Avevo richiesto una rosa sul tavolo, ma evidentemente se ne sono dimenticati. Vabbè.
Buona l'accoglienza, ma poi sei in balia di un servizio non all'altezza della cucina. I camerieri parleranno molto bene in inglese, ma in italiano non sono in grado di spiegarti il piatto. Uno dei due continuava a chiamarmi'Dottore'. Sembrava quasi una presa in giro in più continuava a riempire il bicchiere dell'acqua quasi fino all'orlo come a voler svuotare la bottiglia. Aveva iniziato a fare lo stesso anche col vino e l'ho dovuto fermare, dicendo che ci avrei pensato io a versarlo. Durante la cena, continuava ad avvicinarsi al tavolo con frasi poco chiare.
Nulla da dire invece per il sommelier! La vera perla del servizio. Competente, Professionale, Gentile, disponibile e piacevolmente spiritoso!

Hemos estado esta noche 15 noviembre 2025 , estamos en el hotel de al lado lo vimos ayer y nos llamó la atención y dijimos manana vamos , así que esta noche cenamos aquí al principio nos preguntaron si teníamos reservado y no la teníamos pero en 10 minutos la mesa preparada nos metieron cuando lo prepararon todo.un servicio de 10 no sino de 100 al sentarnos nos guardaron las chaquetas , solo con ese gesto dijimos aqui nos la clavan , pero para nada la calidad se paga y e comido en otros sitios de calidad pero aquí era todo calidad ,servicios y buen servicio . Estamos celebrando nuestro 20 aniversario de casado . Pedimos surtido de entrantes todos a cual más bueno todo para compartir linguini de buzara buenísimo y de último cordero a baja temperatura para cantarle que bueno . Todo muy bueno y el precio acorde a todo genial os enseno fotos . Bano no falta detalle

From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the elegant & romantic décor - rich colors, soft lighting, & the unmistakable charm of classic Venetian style. The gentle background music set a warm, relaxing mood. We were seated by a window overlooking the canal, where gondolas glided quietly by - it couldn't have been more perfect.
The food was truly exceptional - perhaps the best we've had in all our travels across Europe. The lamb ragout pasta was outstanding: the tender, flavorful lamb paired beautifully with the handmade pasta's delicate bite - a perfect harmony of texture & taste. The slow-braised beef cheek with the restaurant's special sauce was unforgettable: meltingly soft meat, layered flavors, & a rich, balanced seasoning that lingered pleasantly on the palate.
What impressed us most, however, was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived until we left, every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, & professional - warm without being intrusive. The explanations of each dish were detailed & engaging. A special thanks to David & Alvise for their genuine hospitality & thoughtful care - they made our lunch truly special.
Bistrot de Venise is not just a restaurant; it's a complete Venetian experience - refined, soulful, & unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Venice.
