We came to Venice to celebrate our 2 yr anniversary & my 50th birthday. Without knowing where to go I asked ChatGPT for suggestions & Bistrot de Venise came first, for good reasons. Everything was superb. We had the romantic set menu with beautifully decorated table, plenty of attentions, convivial & professional hospitality & excellent food. & what about the wines? The sommelier made us travel through Italy accommodating each dish with the perfect wine. Mention special to our waiter, not only fast but doing his job in an elegant & discreet way, somehow in tune with the classic Italian music playing softly in the background. My special thanks also to Alessia who was my contact to prepare & customise our special events (I won't say more not to spoil the charm). In summary if you want a jaw dropping experience in Venice, look no further !

Incroyable, je recommande a 100% si vous êtes a Venise & que vous voulez vous faire plaisir avec un bon restaurant gastronomique, en plus de l'endroit qui est superbe, de la musique classique très agréable, de l'ambiance romantique & du service impeccable, la nourriture était délicieuse, nous avons prit le menu découverte & chaque plat étaient excellents, bien travaillés avec parfois des saveurs surprenantes & très beau dressage, de la mise en bouche jusqu'au petites mignardises qui clôturent le repas. La promesse est tenue & nous avons passé un super moment, mention spéciale au 2 dessert tiramisu & crème brûlé orange anis glace romarin ainsi que les pates a la creme d'anchois

Il a contribué à rendre notre soirée encore plus mémorable. L'ambiance au sein de l'équipe est chaleureuse & agréable, ce qui se ressent positivement en tant que cliente. Siamo tornati a mangiare in questo posto per la terza volta, si mangia sempre bene, i piatti sono ben curati e molto gustosi e la cura nei dettagli non è da meno come le bottiglie personalizzate con murrine Veneziane fatte a mano, olio di massima qualità e pane tipico "Pan del Bovolo" che fa volare! Super consigliato!
