I finally made it here after years of wanting to try this place out. Fun menu, great wine list, warm & welcoming service & a stellar playlist. The menu was a mix of the chef's takes on New Orleans creole classics & some all around fun & innovative offerings. It's a great place to go for a gourmet night out. I wouldn't go here for authentic New Orleans cuisine, but aside from Popeyes red beans & rice, that's better homemade anyway. My favorites were the charbroiled oysters & the beignets. On a return trip I'd be curious to try the fried chicken, bread pudding, & the Sazerac.Voir plus

Great food, service & ambiance. Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Shrimp Creole had moderate spice & was packed with flavour. The brisket was delicious, very nice sized portion. Service was good, friendly & timely. Nice cute looking restaurant with a good atmosphere. Problem is the food, everything I ate was shockingly sweet. The bread tasted more like cake, the sauce served on my short rib dish was cloyingly sweet & ruined most of what it was poured on. The presentation was beautiful & short rib was nice & tender, the sweetness really ruined the experience, please use less sugar.Voir plus

My husband & I were lucky to have reservations at Bistro Nolah on Valentines Day. Considering its strip mall location, tue restaurant is warm & inviting, with great music & casual, romantic ambiance. The service, from both our hostess, Cassidy, & our server were outstanding throughout. The three course menu had various options. Each course was absolutely delicious, & beautiful to look at. Our mains, the braised short rib with polenta & the Cajun shrimp were particularly outstanding. The rest of the food was equally impressive. If you are looking for a great restaurant, with terrific food & service that is not a hassle to.park at- I strongly recommend this fine establishment.
