Group dinner for 14 people, very accommodating from the time of reserving all the way through. Food was amazing (special note to the Shrimp & Grits & the bread pudding with bourbon sauce!!!). Will go back, excellent experience!Voir plus
I have been waiting to try this restaurant for a long time but it has been difficult to reserve. Finally we booked for 4 ppl on a weekday at 6:45pm. On arrival our waiter welcomed us then proceeded to inform us that we will need to order quickly as there will be a second seating soon following us. We politely nodded & started looking at the menu, he returned to give us an overview of the main courses & finished by reminding us of the time limitation. At this point we were puzzled but we let it pass. Following the main course he returned with the desserts menu & asked us to pick quickly because we only had 20 minutes left. At this point we had only been there for an hour so my friend, frustrated, asked him why we can't stay for the 2 hours allocated in the reservation. He said he didn't know our arrival time even though he seated us then went to check our reservation. After much time & only when he came to take the desserts order he apologized for the mix-up.
I understand restaurants need to make their margins but this was over the top & relentless. It left us all feeling underwhelmed by the whole experience. We didn't even enjoy the food. It was my first time at this place & I seriously doubt I'll be back. I hope they take this as constructive criticism & learn to manage their reservations in a gentler way.Voir plus
We tested the brunch menu, it was delicious, original & flavorful. Looking forward to going back to test other dishes !Voir plus

Amazing new orleans cuisine! That gumbo was to die for!Voir plus
This was my second time at this restaurant & it did not disappoint. The food was excellent & our waiter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable regarding the dinner menu & the wine selection. Even though the restaurant was full, our waiter was very attentive & patient.Voir plus

I went for Brunch , It was amazing I would highly recommend this place ! the food , the service , the atmosphere excellentVoir plus
Second time going, this time for brunch. It was a nice brunch, but menu not available online to know what you're getting. Menu also does not include lighter options that are on the healthier side, ex no omelettes or lighter fare. Fried chicken, fish tacos, briskette (which was a little too spicy for breakfast & the menu didn't indicate a spice level). More of a lunch than a brunch. The fried chicken was outstanding however & so was the French toast. Also very filling, unlike their dinner menu which serves up smaller portions.Voir plus
Our second visit to Bistro Nolah was just as great as our first, if not better! This restaurant has a very warm & inviting atmosphere! The food is delicious, packed with flavour! You can taste the love in every dish! Friendly & knowledgeable wait staff! We'll definitely will go back!Voir plus
Laid-back atmosphere, great food, & great service. Jambalaya balls & sausage gumbo are an appetiser must. Lots of great main dishes like shrimps & grits, blackened catfish, fried chicken chorizo, & brisket mac & cheese. For dessert, try the beignets & the key-lime pie.Voir plus
Amazing food & drinks. Best restaurant in the West Island. Fair prices for how good quality it is. For a nice night out you can't go wrong. Doing in is the way to go for full experience.Voir plus
Went last week with a group. Service was above & beyond. Started with spicy margaritas, & wanted to continue. Food to die for. Will absolutely be back. The shrimp & grits are the best I've ever had. Oysters were large & juicy. & fish cakes were great off the chalkboard menu. Can't wait to get back for brunch.Voir plus
Didn't have any reservations on a weekend & was quickly accommodated. Service was very good & the atmosphere was lively. The food was a let down. The jambalaya rice balls were missing a punch & pretty dry. The hush puppies were bland, the sauce that it came with made up for it. The crabe cake was meaty but it had a very strong smell to it. The fried chicken was ok but not crispy. It's sad that they use already peeled shrimps for the shrimp & grits. In any case I'd come back for the service we received in hopes of having a better experience food wise.Voir plus
