Nous avons eu notre Souper de Noël de Compagnie au Magnifique Bistro Martini Gril à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Imperia. Nous fûmes accueillis & servis avec le Sourire par une équipe 5 étoiles composé de: Emy, Kelly, Jonathan & Nathan.
L'Ambiance était Festive & la Nourriture a été Savoureuse. Le Vin était servi à Volonté.

J'ai adoré! J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel 3 nuits donc j'y ai déjeuné 3 fois, dîné à 2 reprises & un souper. Chaque fois, même excellent service & que dire des repas! J'ai un gros crush pour les raviolis 😍 Le tartare est excellent.
The place not bad to be honest. However, as a chef point of view here is the following: 1. Beetroot salad was not cut evenly. 2. The pistachios on the salad were not even toasted. 3. The onions in the soup were not evenly cut & not sautéed enough to be caramelized. 4. The soup had smoked Gouda cheese which is basically breaking a cardinal rule. French onion soup should be made with Gruyère cheese & the bread should be inside the soup not to the side. 5. You never put greens on top of a hot item. 6. Carrot cake doesn't have carrots only the flavour of carrots & made with whipped cream as the frosting it's a known fact that it should be cream cheese frosting. 7. I asked for a cortado & ended up getting a macchiato & wasn't done right. Would I recommend the place? Not really.

On avait avisé qu'on avait un événement après & qu'il fallait avoir fini de souper à 18h30 & tout a bien été, à 18h30 on partait! Merciiii!
Très belle soirée, souper sur la terasse, bons conseils de Caroline pour les martinis & tartares, pour mon conjoint manque un peu de choix dans le menu,
