I had a lovely experience at Bistro de la Cité on Avenue du Parc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, & the service was very good. I had the pleasure of sitting inside, where I could enjoy my meal in a quiet, clean environment. The staff was completely bilingual, which made it even more comfortable.
