Came for a coffee on a rainy & chilly Wednesday morning, shortly after opening. Parking & tables were all empty 🤔. Was told no less than 5 times that all coffee is take out only & that only those ordering food could sit inside. We got it the first time but the repetition, as well as the'Reserved' signs occupying every horizontal surface in the dining room made us so uncomfortable that even ordering food we felt we were breaking some rule. The food & coffee were delicious but we won't be coming back. I don't normally leave online reviews, but I noticed someone posted a similar review to mine & I wish I would have seen it before going. I would say that I understand not wanting people to camp at tables with a single coffee, but I can't empathize with the manner of enforcement. It was very ostracizing & uncomfortable.
Nice looking place but the customer service was zero. In the middle of the week (thursday afternoon), I entered to have a coffee with my girlfriend & sit for a minute. I was told that tables are only for people ordering food, so I had to take it to go. Only one person was eating at a table, the tables were all empty. Wow, good luck with the business with a customer service like that. I just left & went to another coffee place. Thank you, but no thank you.
Great food & very nice shop. Would have been a 4 or 5 star rating except for the terrible loud music. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Could see from some of the older clients they were equally annoyed.
I got an alright little c'hai Latte from here. The staff were friendly. However, in the winter, if you're just getting a drink, you'll have to find elsewhere to enjoy it, since seating is only for restaurant portion of it.
I feel as though with the space they have, they could make less room for the store & have a small area (maybe a bar seating?) for paying customers to have a space to sit & drink.
It's a shame this place has questionable service because it has a lot of potential for Hudson… I love their London Fog but always fearful of what kind of mood the barista/owner will be which can really affect the experience, & would try other things on their menu but most of the time I just want to get out as soon as possible. I just go to Mikko now or to another cafe out of the way.
Nobody seems to ever smile at this place or help without being prompted.
Good tasting overpriced sandwiches, ok service, uncomfortable window seating, cute concept, but was smokey enough to make your eyes water. They need a better kitchen exhaust fan.

Cher laz bog, je crois que vous exagéré je suis francophone & les serveuses & la proprietaire m'ont toujours bien servis en francais. La nourriture est excellente, je recommande daller y faire un tour.
Ma femme & moi nous y sommes allé pour son anniversaire au lieu de se taper l auberge willows reputé dans la région , on sait dit comme on n avait pas trop faim ,qu on allait prendre un petit repas à cette endroit .La bouffe très bonne en passant .Ce qui tue cest. Le service … étant francophone le froid glacial s installe tout de suite .Avant de nous assoies on a préféré voir la boutique & acheter deux à trois babioles & c'est là que tu sens l indélicatesse dans le regard la manière de tendre une fois l achat fait le sac .on avait l impression de déranger.La fille rousse n a jamais caché son dédain & restait froide jusqu'à la fin de la transaction
Conclusion : tu ne vas pas dans un autre pays & que la personne n est pas obligé de te parler en français : on est au Québec alors force toi reste hypocrite mais entraîne toi avant car la tu es démasqué…plus jamais
Très beau restaurant & boutique, propre & agréable d'y rester mais le service n'est pas le plus accueillant. Première fois on nous a refusé car nous souhaitions seulement un café (hors lunch & heure de pointe) & non un lunch & deuxième fois les serveuses n'ont pas été les plus accueillantes. Niveau nourriture ça manque vraiment de garniture dans les sandwichs (j'ai pris un au fromage monterey jack) comme nom de plat mais … sans fromage dedans ! J'ai du leur signaler & on m'est revenu avec la réponse « il y en a étalé au fond du pain… »
