Nous étions un groupe de 12 & avions une réservation, la table était prête dès notre arrivée. La nourriture était excellente, elle arrivait rapidement & tout semblait frais! Nos amis avaient pris le « all you can drink » & ils trouvaient difficiles par moment d'accrocher la serveuse pour demander une autre boisson. J'ai pris le cocktail « Frozen princess » & c'était excellent! Nous avions 2heures pour manger! La serveuse est venu nous voir pour un « last call » au niveau des commandes de nourriture, donc c'était le fun de ne pas simplement se faire dire que c'était terminer & d'avoir l'occasion de faire une dernière commande! En général, je recommande le restaurant & nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente!
Service vraiment horrible.. nous n'avons pas reçu la moitié des nos commandes parceque le « système fonctionnait pas ». Nous devions attendre les serveurs pour faire la commande donc ça nous prenait 2x le temps pour après nous faire mettre à la porte… par la suite nous imposer un pourboire minimum. Payer en cash & refuser de redonner la monnaie sous prétexte qu'on était obligé de donner un pourboire.. Service en anglais pas de français non plus! Première & mauvaise expérience. Nourriture bonne mais froide en général.
Très mauvaise expérience! D'abord, il ne faut pas se fier à leur site web, leurs publications sur les réseaux ou même sur le menu aux tables. On ne nous laisse pas deux heures. Dès notre arrivée, la serveuse nous a dit que nous avions un maximum de 100 minutes pour manger & boire. On accepte. Après à peine une heure, on vient nous voir pour nous dire que c'est le « last call » de notre table. Pour manger, il y a aussi une autre règle, c'est un buffet, mais on ne peut que passer 4 commandes au total. Il y avait des items manquants sur chacune des commandes que nous avons eu le temps de faire en moins d'une heure. Nous avons aussi pris l'option du « endless pour ». Après trois consommations, on nous a dit que c'était fini, encore une fois, en contrevenant ce qui était annoncé & sans avertissement. Les « règles » changeaient sur le temps & la quantité, mais le prix lui évidemment qu'il n'a pas changé.
Ça donne l'impression que c'est un buffet qui ne veut pas en être un. Ils ne veulent pas que les gens mangent ou boivent « à volonté ». Nous étions un petit groupe, on mangeait entre amis, mais on a senti dès notre arrivée qu'ils avaient hâte de libérer la table. De plus, seulement 2 employés parlaient français. Ça n'a pas aidé la communication. Ils ne comprenaient même pas la base comme bonjour, réservation, toilettes…
The food was good & even the servers were nice to us but the owner's attitude was cold, dismissive & unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering her just by being there. She needs to change her attitude because it's disgusting.

Came for a date & was honestly blown away by the service. All the servers were great but man oh man, where do I start with PM. Was great the whole time, was very funny & gave us great tips on how to not order too much. Honestly a great vibe & we will definitely coming back if PM is our server !!!!
We came late in a large group, wasn't expecting to be seated so quickly, very nice. The food was excellent, there was everything for all tastes. The food was fresh & came in a reasonable amount of time. The waiters were polite, kind & helpful. A waiter called PM served us & man this guy was super nice, funny & kind. I would highly suggest this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good meal & a fun time with your friends/familly.
The atmosphere was beautiful honestly. The food was ok but the service was horrible. Me & my boyfriend have waiting about 15 minutes to be sit to a place . We ask to a girl to change table because i cant sit in a chair without backing my back . She was very arrogant. My last plates was missing & waiting about 15 minutes for the chicken . Never come again sorry
De tous les all you can eat japonais en ville, Biru Biru est une des meilleures expériences. La majorité de la nourriture commandée est délicieuse, le menu est très vaste & le service est courtois & rapide. Nous étions 6, & la vitesse de réception des items était très impressionnante. Le prix (environ 45$ le vendredi soir) est également très abordable pour un restaurant de ce type. Nous allons y retourner!
The service is extremely terrible. We stood at the entrance for more than twenty minutes without anyone asking how many people we had or whether we had a reservation, & no one informed us that walk-ins were no longer being accepted. We only found out after asking others in line, who actually had a reservation but still waited over ten minutes past their scheduled time. During our wait, a waitress walked straight past us to greet a group behind us, seated them without saying a single word to us, & never came back to explain the situation. It felt as if customers without reservations were not even worth acknowledging. & we actually had tried calling about twenty minutes before arriving to make a reservation, but no one answered the phone. Terrible service, if you don't get a chance to make a reservation ahead of time, just don't go.
Best all you can eat sushi in mtl, my personal faves are the pork ribs & salmon sashimi, I enjoyed my experience & I will definitely go back when I have the chance. Price is within the average range for an AYCE sushi in mtl & quality is outstanding

For the high price & under the guise of'all you can eat' I would have preferred to get what was ordered. The servers & kitchen staff did not make this happen. They brought about half of the correct options.
Unfortunately the food was very good but getting the wrong orders & being offered no compensation or even admitting fault at the end of the night ruins any chance of returning or recommending this place to anyone
Très bon sushi, malheureusement le service n'y était pas. Malgré que les plats arrivent vite les employés bourdonne tout autour afin de livrer rapidement les commandes exécuter par téléphone. Efficace peu être mais laisse place à un détachement avec le service. Exemple j'ai sélectionné une bière sapporo 16oz j'ai reçu une unibroue, j'ai tout suite avertie & elle ne corrige pas me montre mon numéro de table avec un écriture asiatique & me dit c'est bien ce que tu a commandé. Le tout en anglais bien sûr. Partout sur le site il y a un prix enfant, sur ma facture je vois qu'il me charge adulte même si ma fille a seulement pris une soupe & 8 morceaux. Je leur montre leur propre publicité, elle me répond dans un anglais impatient, c'est quoi sont âge, je répond 10 ans, elle me répond le prix c'est moins de 10 ans. Pour tout ses raisons je vous recommande le Hiden Fish tout prêt, avec un service & une qualité de produit tout à fait en cohérence avec leur prix. À volonté, certainement pas le service.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we walked in, the owner's attitude was cold, dismissive & unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering her just by being there. Simple questions were met with eye rolling & sarcastic responses.
Running a restaurant is stressful, I get it. But there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers with disrespect & hostility. Hospitality is part of the business. If you clearly hate dealing with people, this is the wrong industry & you should let your team run the place.
The food was decent, but no meal is worth being treated like an inconvenience. I will not be coming back, & I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy.
The food was really good & everything tasted fresh. The service was decent & the place itself was nice.
However, I didn't like that the tip was forced & there was no option to change the amount. I believe tipping should be up to the customer, & being unable to adjust it left a bad impression.
Overall, good food, but the mandatory tip policy is something to be aware of.
