About us
With a fresh new concept this city has never seen, we’re thrilled to introduce Birdhouse: the very first wingerie & bar.
Located in the heart of the West Island, Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar combines homemade gourmet wing sauces with homemade traditional sauces and rubs to give the wing connoisseur mind-blowing flavours.
Of course we added our flavour twist on fried-chicken and are serving up a variety of other high-end comfort foods to become the hottest one-stop wing joint to hatch in this city! From wet & saucy wings to delicious smash burgers, BWB is the ultimate chicken-lover's paradise.

We came to Birdhouse Wings as a family of 10, & it was the perfect place to reconnect, laugh, & enjoy a fun night out!
Our server, Juliana, was amazing! She walked us through the menu + shared her personal favourites, which we ended up ordering-& they were absolutely fantastic. Every single wing we tried had us looking at each other & saying WOW.

The drink I had was very nice-I loved it. The General Tao chicken was good too. However, I had asked for a small salad, like the little cup I showed in the photo. The waitress said they had kale salad, so I said okay. But then they brought me a big bowl of salad, like the one in the photo. The kale salad was too salty-I couldn't even finish it. When I told her it was too salty, she didn't respond or say anything at all. Maybe they were too busy to care. I also asked them for a knife because they didn't give us enough utensils, but she forgot that too.

Had Birdhouse on my list for some time now & I knew when I was going to be in the west I'd stop by. Julianna took good care of us!! The service was amazing as were the drinks. Wings were flavourful & cooked perfectly. I believe the smash burger was our favourite tho…. Y'all make a mean burger!!!

Food & service were amazing! Went last night for the first time & thoroughly enjoyed our meals & drinks. As for the atmosphere, had to rate it a 3/5 because last night was the 4 Nations USA vs. CAN game, & even if they were playing it on
half of the screens, there was no volume. Instead there were music videos playing on the other half of the screens & this is the sound that was playing. When I asked the hostess why this was, it's because Birdhouse doesn't want to be associated as a'Sports Bar'. Would have really loved to stay longer than the first period, but the vibe just wasn't there without the sound. I noticed other people did ask, but the owner wouldn't budge on not playing the volume.View more

The place is cool looking, it's clean & fresh. The buratta fries are amazing. Wings are awesome try the caccio e pepe wings they are crazy. All the food there is excellent. The only thing that I would not recommend are the drinks, it's expensive for the big amount of ice in the small glass. Highly recommend the place !View more

We're visiting tourists & came to this restaurant on a whim because the chain restaurant that we wanted to go to was closed. This restaurant ended up being so much better anyways & we're glad we came. It's got an atmosphere of a restaurant & a bar combined. It was the perfect place to eat some food & have some drinks on a late night. Service was amazing - Charlotte is one of the best servers we've ever had. She was attentive & funny. One of my favorite restaurants in Montreal! There are a lot of places you can get good wings, but not thus good. & the options are amazing. Music videos & ambiance are incredible & keep us coming back. We went on Saturday night for our 4-year anniversary & had the best time ever. First of all, we walked in to a super bubbly hostess, which was already a great start to the evening. We got seated, & shortly after, the waitress came to take our drink orders. One of the managers, Angelika, who was walking around, came by to greet us & made sure to suggest a few things on the menu, as it was my partner's first time at Birdhouse. I briefly mentioned that it was our anniversary night, & we were super excited to be here at Birdhouse. We got our drinks, which were both refreshing & beautiful to look at. Time flew by as we enjoyed some 90's hits, & before we knew it, our nachos & crispy tofu bites arrived. The portions were huge, the presentation was on point, & everything was so tasty. At no point were we rushed, & we even had time to digest our appetizers before our main dishes arrived. Being at a wingery, it would have been a crime not to order some wings, especially with the number of sauce options available. Honey garlic has always been my go-to, & I have to say, I was not disappointed with that yummy garlic taste. (I WANT MOREEEE). My partner had the cauliflower wings with the hot & honey IPA sauce, & they were fantastic too. I'm not a fan of beer, & thankfully it didn't taste like beer, so we were both pleased. At this point, I thought the evening couldn't get any better, but it did. We asked Kalia for some extra sauce, because there is no such thing as too much sauce, let's be honest. She cracked a joke & left, & we were both laughing our butts off. After our meal, we ended up moving outside to the terrace to enjoy some more drinks & digest the enormous amount of food we had just eaten. Chris, the general manager, came by to chat & see how our experience was so far. I'm sure he wasn't surprised when we both said it was beyond our expectations. We spoke a bit about the new Birdhouse opening in Centropolis, & shortly after, he left. A few minutes later, Kalia, our amazing waitress, came with two ice cream cookies & a candle to celebrate our anniversary. We were both in awe of that gesture & did not expect this to happen. That was the cherry on top of our evening. We left around closing time, each with a huge smile on our face, grateful for such a wonderful evening. YOU NEED TO GO THERE, IT IS A MUST! :)View more

The food is amazing. From the burger to the wings to the poutine & sweet potato fries. The staff is extremely friendly & the service is great. They also have healthy alternatives which are just as tasty. They has tons of sauce options which allows you to try a variety of different flavours. The drink menu is 10/10. I have been visiting the Birdhouse for a little over a year now & dropping in once a week at least, sometimes with friends & many times alone be I served at the bar. The staff is friendly & attentive from The moment you walk in the door greeted by a hostess. Being a regular they I don't need menu & don't need to place an order, they know my favorites. I introduced a number of friends to the Wingery over the year. The last two visits over the past week we sat on the terrace & served both times by Charlotte who cheerfully served us. The staff is eager to make sure the food & drink is to our liking & ready to make changed or adjustments to make it right. I recommend The Birdhouse for its need to please. P.S. I had my favorite delivered last December & I was surprised how good it tasted even after an 8km drive, just as good as eating in the Resto.View more

The food was quite good, our server was around... But not often, & brought the wrong drinks, but mistakes happen so not a big deal. the restaurant on the other hand, when you walk in you literally have to yell at the host in order to be heard.
