Excellente cuisine japonaise variée. La qualité des plats est indéniable & le service est excellent. Le restaurant sert uniquement des tapas, il serait intéressant d'avoir quelques choix de repas individuels pour le dîner quand on est plus pressé.
Visited on a Friday night & was served by the incredible Jessica. Jessica paid great attention to details & went above & beyond to ensure that we got everything we needed. Even though the kitchen was a little backed up (which we didn't even notice or mind at all) Jessica communicated with us highly professionally & offered alternative solutions to make sure we weren't feeling left behind. Jessica surprised us with sake shots & a very delicious dessert at the end of the night, all making the dining experience at Biiru extra memorable & enjoyable. Wonderful menu with creative & delish Japanese fusion dishes & cocktails. The tapas style dishes allowed us to try many options. Highly recommend the Korn Korokke, a croquettes dish paired with delicious curry sauce, creating a great balance between texture & flavour. The atmosphere is comfortable & great for conversations. Love the interior design & decors.
Nous avons passé un bon moment sur la terrasse. Ils ont des bons cocktails. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation & c'était parfait. Ils ont servis le meilleur des plats sur le menu, on peut vraiment goûter à tout & c'est vraiment généreux, nous avons eu du mal à terminer les plats. Tout était très bon & frais !
I've been a fan of this place for a while, but yesterday we were served by Jessica & she was just out of this world. Best service I've had in this city by far! Also, the korokkes are a MUST. They are the best thing on the menu, even though it just comes with two of them. Ps: Jessica, if you're reading this, thank you for making my date night better 💜
Biiru was absolutely the best! The best part was the awesome, energetic, & most welcoming bartender Juliana! I recommend sitting at the bar & watching her making delicious drinks while enjoying the ambiance. Definitely recommend to for a date night or a night in the town. Will be back very soon.
Came here for drinks & snacks on a saturday- the decor is beautiful, food is delicious, but the bartender Juliana made our night (we were seated at the bar). Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend
Le Biiru semble avoir été un restaurant inégalé jusqu'à présent. Déception. Pourtant je vais à ce resto depuis plusieurs années, j'y ai amené plusieurs personnes. Ce fut à chaque fois un coup coeur assuré. Pourtant, j'y suis allée cette semaine & ce fut décevant. Un gentil serveur qui récite un menu appris trop par coeur à une vitesse phénoménale qu'on ne comprend rien. La présentation des plats n'est plus ce quelle était. Le suika était visuellement tellement beau comme plat & l'okonomiyaki est rendu une grande galette plate sans plus. La bière au Yuzu avec un petit coup de jus de citron sur le bord du verre laisse à désirer. Le gâteau de riz du moshibekon takoyaki manquait clairement de cuisson à coeur. Derrière le bar, le bruit des assiettes qui se cogne deviennent désagréables. Le service qui jadis nous donnait l'impression, un moment, d'être au Japon, n'y est plus. Où est donc passé le personnel du Biiru qui rendait si magique l'expérience culinaire de ce restaurant, la présentation des plats & la qualité de la nourriture?
