About us

A favourite amongst Montreal’s foodies, BEVO Bar + Pizzeria invites you for some fine Italian dining, original cocktails and a fresh ambiance. Seven days a week, chef Giovanni Vella cooks up traditional Italian flavours with a few signature twists. The restaurant’s specialty: authentic wood-fired pizza.

Two spacious floors, a fully stocked bar and convivial seating set the stage for an enjoyable meal every night in Old Montreal. Aperitivo Happy Hours come to life with special deals on drinks from 4 to 7 p.m., and our DJs bring a musical vibe to the place with freshly baked pizza until the end of the evening on Fridays and Saturdays.

During the summer, you can lounge on the terrace sitting right on Saint-Vincent Street – a pedestrian stretch bustling with friendly locals and artists.

I love the fact that this Italian restaurant is located right in the middle of downtown Montreal. I liked the vibe of this place & the ambience was great! The food was good too. We ordered a bunch of stuff & everything was pretty good except the Bruschetta & would not recommend getting that. The service could have been better as they were busy chatting among themselves rather than helping their customers. We had a different server at the beginning but guess she did not wanna serve us anymore & assigned a different person who was kind of slow taking orders. I wish the servers were more careful & mindful as well... It's kinda rude when you are busy talking among yourselves & the customers are waiting for you.... Except for the customer service, I enjoyed the food & drinks here & would recommend visiting this place at least once when in Montreal.

It was an average pizza. We went around 10pm on a Friday & were told that the majority of the menu was unavailable & we could only have pizza. The pizza was fine for what we got however was surprised the bulk of the menu options were unavailable by 10pm. The place was not busy & the pizza is good for one person. The cost seemed reasonable given the proximity to tourist attractions. They were very accommodating for a large walk in group & the staff was very friendly.

William made sure to take such good care of us! He split a check 16 ways (which is our fault, sorry) & made sure we never needed water, spicy oil, extra cheese, or anything else. Best dining experience in Montreal that I've had so far! As for the food & atmosphere, you won't want to miss BEVO as you plan your trip. Great pizza & pasta, & it's such a cool location in old Montréal!

Bevo was a great pizza spot located in the heart of Old Montreal. We were looking for a great authentic pizza spot & this was it. Our server William, was great & made the experience much more enjoyable! Towards the end of our meal William took some time to ask us where we we're from, & gave us some great local recommendations. We will definitely be back!
