About us

A favourite amongst Montreal’s foodies, BEVO Bar + Pizzeria invites you for some fine Italian dining, original cocktails and a fresh ambiance. Seven days a week, chef Giovanni Vella cooks up traditional Italian flavours with a few signature twists. The restaurant’s specialty: authentic wood-fired pizza.

Two spacious floors, a fully stocked bar and convivial seating set the stage for an enjoyable meal every night in Old Montreal. Aperitivo Happy Hours come to life with special deals on drinks from 4 to 7 p.m., and our DJs bring a musical vibe to the place with freshly baked pizza until the end of the evening on Fridays and Saturdays.

During the summer, you can lounge on the terrace sitting right on Saint-Vincent Street – a pedestrian stretch bustling with friendly locals and artists.

The BEVO famiglia will be expecting you with a tasty Italian meal. Buon appetito!

We stopped in for a quick lunch on a sunny, busy day! William, our waiter, was quick, polite, & gave us great recommendations about nearby places we might check out after our meal.

We were seated on the terrace. In another place, like with a view of water or nature, I would have loved being seated on the terrace. Not so much at the Old Montreal. There were so many people walking around & looking at us. It wasn't a fun experience. Plus, our tables were not even. On the plus side, I ordered "Bosco in bianco." If you love mushrooms, you will love this pizza. The kids ordered "Margherita" pizza. They didn't like it so much. They said that the basil didn't taste like basil. I tried it, & the green stuff on their pizza was not basil.

Bonne place pour aller diner. Les pizzas été délicieux surtout celle au truffle & leur service été rapide surtout vue la taille de notre groupe. En tous on a eu une bonne expérience globale.

The food & the vibe were on point & our host & our server were sweet & took the time to explain what's what. Considerations: - the spot is on the street with windows & doors open at least in May & can get loud. Plus secondary smoke from those on the streets smoking, can get tiresome. - the pasta was exceptional but portions were quite small for the price. I would however go here again if I am in town!
