C'était ma première fois au restaurant Bevo hier & honnêtement, mes amis & moi avons adoré la nourriture. Nos pizzas étaient vraiment délicieuses, très goûteuses & je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire sur mon repas.

Par contre, le service a été le seul point faible de notre expérience. Je comprends que le restaurant était très occupé, je l'ai constaté par moi-même & notre serveuse était vraiment gentille. J'ai d'ailleurs moi-même déjà travaillé comme serveuse, donc je sais très bien qu'il y a des soirées où le rythme est particulièrement intense.

Cela dit, elle s'est très peu présentée à notre table. En fait, elle est essentiellement venue nous accueillir, prendre notre commande & nous apportez la facture. Nous lui avons mentionné que nous étions prêtes à commander, mais elle est revenue environ 20 minutes plus tard. Ensuite, après que nos repas, apportés par quelqu'un d'autre, nous ont été servis, elle n'est jamais revenue nous demander si tout allait bien ou si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Nous avons donc attendu avant de continuer à manger, puisque deux d'entre nous souhaitaient avoir du parmesan. À plusieurs reprises, elle est passée tout près de notre table & un simple « Est-ce que tout est correct? Avez-vous besoin de quelque chose? » aurait fait toute la différence. Nous avons finalement demandé le parmesan à une autre serveuse, alors que ce n'était même pas sa table.

Sinon, l'ambiance était super! Les lumières un peu tamisées créaient une belle atmosphère. Mon seul autre petit bémol est que l'air climatisé était très fort à l'endroit où nous étions assis. J'étais directement en dessous & j'ai eu froid pendant une bonne partie du repas.

Malgré les petites choses mentionnées, j'y retournerais sans hésiter. La qualité de la nourriture en vaut vraiment la peine!

We got the Giardino pizza & Lumache alla Vodka. Both were phenomenal & you could tell everything is fresh even the pasta!

I walked in on a Monday night to enjoy a meal outside , once we arrived 1 hour & 15 minutes before closing & the server greeted us we asked for a table of 2 outside but she denied it & said it was closed . They were atleast tables who had not even received thier appetizers outside so I asked if they would make an exception because we had arrived atleast an hour before closing & we wanted to enjoy the weather outside. She decided to be very defensive & seemed like our request was too much ask but she asked another waiter in that section while he has walking by & he laughed & walked away , they probably were just concerned about what made thier job easy & be able to go home as soon as possible . After her last response was'I don't make the rules' , so I asked who made the rules because & she pointed to the manager . Thankfully the manager quickly fixed the situation because he said that the patio closes one hour before closing time & that we had arrived well before that time . In the long run we got seated where we wanted but it came with a side of attitude & unprofessionalism. The food was good nothing crazy , sauce distribution on the Caesar salad was not even , lettuce was warm & wilted not crunchy. Pizza was good flavour wise but the burn marks were a little intense . I had high expectations from the reviews but unfortunately this will be a 3.7/5 stars for me .

Pizza & pasta was delicious, I give it a 4 because I expected more from this place, atmosphere was fantastic & the design was great.
Recommended.

First time here & absolutely loved it! As a vegetarian they had lots of options. The Burrata & pizza was so delicious. A variety of mocktails. Lovely service, was very helpful & we felt very welcomed. Highly recommend when in Old Montreal
