About us

A favourite amongst Montreal’s foodies, BEVO Bar + Pizzeria invites you for some fine Italian dining, original cocktails and a fresh ambiance. Seven days a week, chef Giovanni Vella cooks up traditional Italian flavours with a few signature twists. The restaurant’s specialty: authentic wood-fired pizza.

Two spacious floors, a fully stocked bar and convivial seating set the stage for an enjoyable meal every night in Old Montreal. Aperitivo Happy Hours come to life with special deals on drinks from 4 to 7 p.m., and our DJs bring a musical vibe to the place with freshly baked pizza until the end of the evening on Fridays and Saturdays.

During the summer, you can lounge on the terrace sitting right on Saint-Vincent Street – a pedestrian stretch bustling with friendly locals and artists.

The BEVO famiglia will be expecting you with a tasty Italian meal. Buon appetito!

We had a lunch here, the service was amazing wonderful lady with a great suggestion as we are a vegetarian. Pizza base was great & as per our expectations, loved their chilly oil which made it more delicious. I would definitely go back when I visit again.

We were at this pizzeria today, & we really enjoyed the pizza. Everything was freshly prepared, & the tiramisu was also excellent. Yanni served us very well & made sure we felt really comfortable there. Thank you, Yanni

Amazing location, great food & service. Nice & cozy place to relax & enjoy after all the sight seeing & roaming around. I had the Pollo Parmigiano & it was awesome.

A Wonderful Experience with Great Service

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the location was great, & the food was enjoyable. As an experienced chef, I must say the pizza was very good. However, there is some room for improvement in the dough & sauce - I would suggest experimenting with a few variations to find the perfect combination.

Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 5 out of 5. Thank you!

Andrée-Anne was amazing! She was patient & had humor with such a large group. We loved her. The hostess too. We arrived with 27 people & they kindly said absolutely we can arrange you all together. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner out at Bevo!

I went there a long time ago & the main reason for this review is because it showed up on my insta... The restaurant turned into a disco at 10pm at clients next to our table started dancing ON the table...They open for lunch only weekends. Nice old walls, but not uncommon in Old Montréal. That's all!

My son discovered this pizzeria during our last Montreal visit. Their pizzas are all great, but the FORMAGGIO DI CAPRA E SPINACI was our favorite. I highly recommend it if you're in Old Montreal.

The restaurant is in an excellent location, though it does feel a bit touristy. The food was good but not particularly memorable. However, the atmosphere was charming & calm, making for a pleasant dining experience. The service could have been more attentive, & the prices are on the higher side compared to other Italian restaurants.

The day I went (valentine's day) the waitress was handling one whole area. It was hard to get a hold off of her but she was really friendly & gave us everything we asked for. Disco-Funky music from the 80's on the background & delicious food! I had arancini & a salad my wife had a pasta all very good! & ended with a very good cheesecake. Recommend the restaurant & would go again.. pricey though

I really love this restaurant! I've been going to this place for years & they have the best Italian pizza! The taste of the pizza is one of the one! I also really love the service especially the server named aissatou! She gave me a special attention & have a great energy serving people .
