Le 16 décembre 2025, je suis allée à la commande à l'auto du Benny. J'ai d'abord payé avec ma carte de crédit, mais la caissière m'a indiqué que le paiement avait été refusé. J'ai donc payé 80 $ en argent comptant.
Une fois arrivée à la maison, j'ai constaté que le paiement par carte de crédit avait pourtant bien été porté à mon compte. J'ai appelé à la succursale : on m'a expliqué qu'il s'agissait probablement d'un problème de machine, qu'aucun gérant n'était sur place pour effectuer un remboursement & qu'une note serait laissée avec ma facture afin qu'on me rappelle le lendemain.
N'ayant reçu aucun appel, j'ai rappelé le 20 décembre. On m'a donné la même réponse & assuré qu'on me contacterait le lendemain. Je n'ai jamais été rappelée.
À ce jour, j'ai dû faire une contestation auprès de ma compagnie de carte de crédit pour tenter de récupérer le montant payé en double. Soyez vigilants lorsqu'on vous dit qu'un paiement n'a pas fonctionné, car dans mon cas, le remboursement s'est avéré impossible à obtenir directement en succursale.

À chaque fois il manque de quoi dans nos commandes. Aujourd'hui ont a commandé à 17h00 il nous manquait une rondelle d'oignons à 21h10 on l'attend toujours.
Je veux ben encourager québécois mais Cristi qu'on a pas de service .

Livraison prévue à 18.19 hres mais twçu à 19.05 hres. Poulet tiède & frite molle. Je demeure à 5 mon du Benny's St- Jérôme.
