Je n'ai jamais manger un hot chicken si mauvais de ma vie....pois congelés sans goût..sauce trop épicée..quasi pas de frites..bref plus jamais. A longueuil c'était mieux.

Good chicken, not as costly as some other similar option that have smaller plates anyways. Service is quite good here, you don'r feel like just another customer.

So this chain of rotisserie chicken does nothing for me. I have been spoiled with excellent quality rotisserie restaurants since a youngster & I know rotisserie chicken - Au Coq is at the bottom of the barrel. With places like Chalet BBQ, CSL BBQ, Coco Rico, numerous Lebanese & Portuguese one-off restaurants, & even Sty Hubert (no to Piri Piri, no to chez Beny, & the worst no to Scores!
Frozen crinkle cut (McCain style) frozen fries that have a pasty texture & no flavour.
Chicken that is overcooked if its white meat, dark can sometimes be undercooked, average seasoning & sauce that is so commercial its a joke. I realize there are people who enjoy this chain of restaurants, but trust me, go out there & try other chicken rotisserie restaurants & you will realize that there is much better quality & taste in the market. Even St. Hubert is much better, even with a frozen fry they are still miles ahead as with their sauce.
Interior at this place was not acceptable & service was lax-a-daisy - not warm or hospitable, hourly workers who just wanted to do a little as possible & be done with their shifts. The only thing going on here is the cool self serve soda beverage system.

Chacune de mes commandes provenant de la succursale de Saint-Jeromen sur la rue Martigny arrivent avec des erreurs.Hier 6 repas commandés & toutes les salades de choux étaient sans « dressing » du choux sec & immangeables. Il manquait une poutine du spécial en cours. Etbdeux des repas étaient inversés pour les choux pain salade & sauce. & il manquait une sauce pour le Hit chicken. Vraiment un manque de contrôle de la qualité.
