17 janvier 2026 : commande effectuée à 17h02 pour livraison. Après avoir appelé deux fois (18h43 & 19h12), commande tjrs en attente...'le livreur s'en vient'...

J'ai demandé un remboursement car, 2h plus tard, désolé, mais cest inacceptable. On refuse ma demande & continue de me dire que le livreur s'en vient.

19h28 & tjrs pas de nourriture.

C'est votre idée d'un bon service ça Benny ?

19h33 : le livreur (François Régis) m'appelle pour me dire que la commande sera là dans 9 minutes... le mal est fait rendu la.

19h43 : le livreur arrive avec la commande. Résultat ? Nourriture froide, sauce BBQ qui a coulé dans le fond de la boîte... bref, une chance que jai un air fryer pour réchauffer tout ça.

Médiocre.. Tout simplement médiocre. Je mettrais zéro étoile si je pouvais. Plus jamais.

So this chain of rotisserie chicken does nothing for me. I have been spoiled with excellent quality rotisserie restaurants since a youngster & I know rotisserie chicken - Au Coq is at the bottom of the barrel. With places like Chalet BBQ, CSL BBQ, Coco Rico, numerous Lebanese & Portuguese one-off restaurants, & even Sty Hubert (no to Piri Piri, no to chez Beny, & the worst no to Scores!
Frozen crinkle cut (McCain style) frozen fries that have a pasty texture & no flavour.
Chicken that is overcooked if its white meat, dark can sometimes be undercooked, average seasoning & sauce that is so commercial its a joke. I realize there are people who enjoy this chain of restaurants, but trust me, go out there & try other chicken rotisserie restaurants & you will realize that there is much better quality & taste in the market. Even St. Hubert is much better, even with a frozen fry they are still miles ahead as with their sauce.
Interior at this place was not acceptable & service was lax-a-daisy - not warm or hospitable, hourly workers who just wanted to do a little as possible & be done with their shifts. The only thing going on here is the cool self serve soda beverage system.

C'est assez flagrant que ce restaurant à des problèmes depuis un certain temps, oublier ma sauce additionnel BBQ louisianna à 1$ le mini cup à 3 reprises & attendre 2h00-2h15 pour avoir notre commande, les livreurs & livreuses sont courtois, le personnel aussi, ils n'avaient plus de poitrine de poulet & ils m'ont proposé autre chose peu importe le prix, il a un problème au niveau gestion mais la volonté de garder leur clients & de régler la situation semble être présent, je crois que la situation va se régler & je vais continuer à encourager notre Benny. Lâchez pas!

Désolé mais votre sauce bbq n'a pas bon goût. Un changement de recette serait le bienvenu. N'oubliez pas que la sauce bbq est un élément clé avec poulet & frite.
