Run, don't walk. Undeniably great value for a fresh lunch. I got the Fermier sandwich with a large soup & lemonade, $20+tx ($15+tx for just the sandwich). Other spots will charge you $20 just for the sandwich alone. NO shredded lettuce, they use higher end greens, & I'm pretty sure they smoke their turkey in-house. I'm also obsessed with their soups. Had the tomato & then the spinach. So fresh & creamy, despite being dairy free. this spot is so nice that I ate here (as a tourist) twice!!! I'll be back again next time I'm in town!

Run, don't walk, to Ben & Sally's ASAP! Incredible value breakfast sandwiches (I highly recommend the BELT), the best iced tea I've ever had (?!), & lovely vibes. Support this amazing neighbourhood business!

Generous portions - great value! I had a delicious chicken club on sourdough, a huge salad with an amazing homemade dressing & a delicious homemade iced tea for 20$! I had food for 2 meals. Cute spot - love that they allow local businesses to sell their crafts & merchandise in their shop.

A sunny spot to grab an excellent breakfast with great value! Especially great for early risers, not many places are open at 8am & this place really hit the spot! Highly recommend the morning trio deal!

Absolutely amazing breakfast wraps, sandwhiches, & soups. My favorite is the egg cheddar bacon wrap & the Italian sandwhich. We go every weekend, it is our fav spot & the value for quality is unbelievable!
