Only one staff that does everything.
I waited 10 min after I sat down before being given water… not even coffee.
Received white toasts with an insane amount of margarine on top.
Finished eating, never got any coffee refill, left. Came in at 6am sharp & left at 6:44…
45 min, one coffee, white toasts…

I ordered through Uber Eats & let me tell you I was not disappointed. My godness the food was delicious. I loved everything I ordered. I will definitely order again!! 10/10 reccommend!!!
So after hearing a lot negative reviews from at least 2 people complainimg about food quality (specially potatoes feeling like heated & reheated) & lack of sauce in the benedictines, I went myself to try this branch of Ben & Florentine, sometimes you have to try yourself, so I got the avocado lox which was amazing, potatoes were so good (crispy outside soft inside) & had perfect seasoning.
The food tasted good, the restaurant is clean & organized, no waiting time on Thursday 11 am, the only thing I want to share is the portion size is small compared to what the consumer pay, if a consumer comes hungry, they have to leave full, so I think portion size need to be adjusted to the money paid.
The'boss' was yelling at both staff & one of the customers. He also insisted on charging me for one strawberry 🍓. My plate was advertised as including fruit, but I only wanted 1 strawberry. My partner had the regular mix of fruit on his plate (no charge) but I was charged for the strawberry. The back of the restaurant was freezing, & the bathrooms were subzero. The only saving grace to our visit was our sympathetic waiter, Kade. He was great, but the boss' attitude toward staff & customers was horrible. We won't be back.

The food was great & the young man named Kade serving us did a wonderful job. I am very impressed by the food & the service. The portion of fruit you get with your breakfast is very big compared to other brunch spots. Will definitely visit Ben & Florentine again. Thank you!

Superbe expérience! Le service était rapide & chaleureux, la nourriture était bonne & j'ai particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur des ingrédients. Une adresse à retenir pour un délicieux déjeuner!
We had such a wonderful breakfast! The food was fresh & full of flavor, & the presentation was beautiful. The staff was welcoming & made the experience even better. Definitely a place we'll return to🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Such a pleasant breakfast at Ben & Florentine! The food was excellent (Bacon & avocado benedict) & all of the staff is great. My server Kade was awesome & made our brunch experience great. Can't wait to be back!

Food wasn't necessarily bad but the classic breakfast is very skimpy, looked like one egg & only when we complained they reluctantly brought us more, also since we ordered multigrain bread we were told only 1 slice of toast, for $15 & they have this attitude I will stick to Pettinos where the food is plentiful. The young man serving was very pleasant & almost embarrassed by what he served.
Great food at Ben & Florentine 😊 Loved the banana & strawberry crêpe & the egg scramble with fries & cheese. The salmon Bagel with fries & salad was fresh & delicious. Generous portions & very tasty!

I tried the loaded waffles with fresh fruit, an omelette, fries, & an iced latte at Ben & Florentine, & everything was fantastic! The waffles were fluffy & piled high with fruit, the omelette was cooked perfectly, & the fries were crisp & golden. The iced latte was smooth & refreshing - the perfect complement to the meal. Portions were generous, the staff was welcoming, & the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax & enjoy brunch. Highly recommend!
Great place!!! It's my go to for breakfast! Good prices, good food, & good staff. Service can sometimes be a bit slow but that happens. Still a good time!!!
