I have been waiting to try this place for months now but just had not gotten around to it as it's an hour from home. Today, I finally made it & I am so happy I did. My wife & I started by sharing a pork Bahn Mi sandwich. This sandwich was heaven. The bread was so light & crispy & simply flaked into little pieces upon my bite. It then seemed to melt in my mouth revealing the other delicious flavors of the roast pork, Cilantro, carrots, & sauces. Chefs kiss!
We then moved on to a large bowl of pho with thinly sliced beef. My first observation was that it had a very generous amount of beef. Typically, I am left wishing that I had more. Not the case today my friends. Also, having had half a sandwich, I was sure that I would not be able to finish the huge bowl. As it turned out the pho was so delicious that I was stuffed, but yet happy right to the last little slurp of broth.
I can't wait to get hungry again to make another run back here & try out some of the other dishes.
I should add that the man who helped us was super friendly & spoke English as well as French. Not really important but just made it that much more comfortable asking questions about our food. He was even kind enough to offer some insight to us for our upcoming trip to Vietnam.
Great food, friendly service, great company are the ingredients to life! Enjoy.

The man working there is super nice, he ran to the car because they had forgotten to give us our dessert! So sweet would definitely go back! We had the Pho it's really good & it is incredibly authentic

I love places like this & I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but I can't. My wife & I both had appetizers: crispy wontons were good but the dumplings with peanut sauce was not great: the dumplings were small & the sauce was cold. I appreciate that the restaurant may want to have the sauce thicker but the cold consistency was not great. Now for the mains: my wife had a chicken bahn mi. Good but not a lot of chicken for the price. I had the special pho. Pretty good. Liked the broth, lots of noodles, & a good assortment of meat(the beef tendon was fantastic). The only thing missing was some fresh basil. The service was warm & welcoming & greatly appreciated.

J'ai bien dormi hier soir sachant qu'on avait un endroit excellent pour manger une Pho à Sherbrooke. C'était ma première visite, mais pas la dernière. Belle ambiance conviviale, efficace, bon & aimable. À recommander!!

Place bien localisée, espace chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil qu'on a reçu (même en plein milieu de pm), mais aussi & surtout le goût des plats qui nous ont été servis!

Encore merci pour ce superbe pho qui était tellement aromatique, mais aussi pour cet excellent banh mi.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander, merci pour ce petit moment de chaleur malgré la pluie!!

Les rouleaux impériaux ont bon goût mais la pâte est trop épaisse & pas feuilletée
La bouillon de la soupe Pho au boeuf
laisse a désirer : manque d'épices & manque de saveur
A cote du Restaurant Pho Loc a Sherbrooke c'est décevant
A côté de'Pho Bang New York' à Montréal, encore plus
En fait ce restaurant touche à tout , Pho, Bubble Tea , sous marins vietnamiens c'est peut-être ça le problème, pour ce que jai mangé , ça pourrait être mieux

Délicieux souper en amoureux 😻 Mon copain a pris la soupe pho 🍜 special bella & moi le bol de vermicelles special bella (poulet, boeuf, porc & crevettes). Un apportez votre vin en plus! 😌 À découvrir! Propriétaire très sympathique!
