The food is great! & nice live music just outside! It's my second visit, both are great! I recommend the Peking Duck 😋 Regarding parking: I recommend park 5-10 away, & have a nice walk to the restaurant & have a walk after the meal 😉

Food is average. I did not like their mandatory fixed tipping policy when there was no specific server for the tables. We had to wait so long to find a server to ask for water. It doesn't make sense that they add the mandatory tips when they don't even assign any server to the tables specifically.
De la nourriture qui redonne l'appétit. L'idée d'une sortie au restaurant génère habituellement une anticipation enjouée. C'est une gratification prochaine qui nous fait saliver, une gâterie à la fin de la semaine qui nous garde motivés quand les heures au bureau nous font nous languir. Pour profiter au maximum de ces récompenses, mieux vaut espacer les visites. Pour certains, un repas à l'extérieur par mois est amplement, pour d'autres, ça peut être une fois par semaine. Par analogie, c'est comme une crème glacée ou un quelconque dessert sucré : la modération a meilleur goût. Alors, imaginez-vous que dans mon cas, avec le Beijing, j'en étais rendu à quatre restaurants en deux jours. Certes, j'adore découvrir de nouveaux endroits, mais j'étais carrément sur le bord du dégoût. Maintenant, rien pour aider ma cause, j'avais entre les mains un menu de plus de 200 options avec une dizaine d'illustrations, de quoi revenir une cinquantaine de fois à deux & ne jamais prendre les mêmes plats ! Un supplice pour ceux qui, à l'instar de moi, n'aiment pas choisir. De plus, très peu d'énergie a été investie dans la création d'une quelconque « atmosphère » ou d'une signature visuelle. En gros, c'était une salle sans musique avec des tables, des chaises, des images de nourriture & deux grosses têtes de dragon. Voilà la mise en scène. Quand est-il de l'acte lui-même ? Ce fut une prestation entièrement positive & dès ma première bouchée, j'ai retrouvé le plaisir de manger. En outre, le personnel, hormis la gérante dont les manières un peu impérieuses « intimidaient » ma complice de table, semblait sympathique. Même derrière leur masque, on devinait un sourire bienveillant. Nous avons tenté notre chance avec la soupe délectable au canard dont les arômes nous font voyager, les côtelettes de porc à la sauce poivrée (excellentes), les nouilles sautées aux crevettes (encore une fois, excellentes), & de très bons raviolis avec une sauce aux arachides. La taille des portions a de quoi surprendre, considérant le prix ! Encore une fois, un restaurant chinois qui fait preuve d'une générosité inégalée. On peut facilement s'en sortir à une quinzaine ou vingtaine de dollars par personne. D'ailleurs, la popularité de l'établissement ne se dément pas. À 17 heures bien sonnantes, les tables étaient presque toutes occupées &, bientôt, on attendait après nous. En fin de compte, je suis reconnaissant que mon amie ait judicieusement choisi le Beijing pour notre second arrêt gustatif de la journée, puisqu'il fait très bon y manger. À noter pour votre éventuel passage au quartier chinois ! P.S. Félicitations à mon amie pour avoir appris le maniement des baguettes!
Whenever we can go we do. Very good food & you are served very fast. The only thing is a lot of the menu is in Cantonese or Mandarin but they will help you choose. Try this place, the food is amazing!
The warm service, delicious dishes & the fact that we were served quite quickly after placing our order left us really impressed. We were also given a complimentary pot of tea upon arrival which was nice. Definitely recommend!

Nous nous sommes rabattus sur ce restaurant car celui que nous avions choisis avait une file d'attente qui n'avancait pas (en plein pendant l'heude lunch du nouvel an lunaire). De plus, une collègue Chinoise m'avait dit qq jours + tôt qu'elle ne mangeait qu'à cet endroit. Nous avons un peu attendus avant de pouvoir nous attabler à une table que nous avons partagé avec 3 autres familles. Ça a super bien été. C'était très friendly. Le décor du resto, lui, laisse a desirer. Le staff fait tout son gros possible. Concernant la bouffe, le riz frit végétarien & le boeuf à l'échalote & au gingembre étaient excellents. Concernant le poulet à l'ananas. C'était très décevant. Il y avait 5 mini morceaux d'ananas, un poulet caoutchouteux & une sauce pas faite maison. Somme toute, j'ai passé un bon moment à ce restaurant.
Always love coming to this restaurant. The staff are friendly, the meals are delicious (it is traditional cuisine & dining, with plenty of selections), it's definitely a recommendation if you want a good hearty meal with family. My favorite as an appetizer is the fried wontons & spring rolls, as for the dishes, they're all so good it's hard to choose.
We ordered beef noodles #196/197 if I'm not mistaken. The food came tongue-burning hot & surprisingly without chopsticks so we asked for two pairs of them The food was yummy & in a generous portion also side along with green tea The service was ok. If you have Asian friends, better to go together as the menu can make you overwhelmed easily.

Very good chinoise cusine ( in french), nothing fancy, is a typical small chinese restaurant, but the food is wonderful, the soft crab & spring rolls ..... Wonderful
I loved that Chinese restaurant, very welcoming staff. Free tea with you meal, very good way to clean your palate between each bite. The dumpling in spicy peanut sauce wasn't spicy at all but damn it was good !! The general Tao was the best I've eaten in a while. Very sweet sauce, crunchy chicken filet & generous portion for the price. I highly recommend the General Tao! I also tried the pork salt & spices & it was really good portion for the price & oh damn it was yummy 🤤 The chow mein Beijing had noodles too crunchy for my taste but it was okay taste wise.
