J'ai été super heureuse de découvrir cet endroit grâce à une initiative du Calendrier des Quartiers, car ça faisait vraiment longtemps que je voulais l'essayer! Les beignes sont INCROYABLES. Super frais & moelleux, des saveurs originales mais qui fonctionnent toujours super bien ensemble, un service vraiment sweet… vraiment, je recommande fortement! 👌
Fantastic donut shop in little Italy. Small place. Not your typical donut shop. They make some unusual flavors. Also some of there donuts are made super soft & they are amazing! You need to eat with a fork.I tried the mangue coco & the flavor was really good but a tad sweet. My favorite was miel tournesol. Was not expecting the texture to be so soft & airy. Not sweet at all which is the way i like desserts...so I can eat more. Tip to donut makers. Don't make too sweet & you'll get more customers. They'll buy more & more often. You'll always get the sweet lovers since there's no stopping them but also those who don't like overly sweet desserts. I'm definitely coming back to try there other creations. Friendly service.

Amazing selection of donuts! We devoured a box of six among two people & loved every bite. Our favourites were lime & tamarind & mango, coconut & chili. Service was 10/10 - the staff are very sweet & helpful
I make it a point to try donuts in most cities I visit. I've tried in Pittsburgh, Toronto, London ON, & all around Montreal, & these are handsdown THE most well-crafted donuts I have tasted.
I tried:
1. The blueberry corn - Incredible blueberry jelly. It was punchy & not too sweet. They also did not overfill it, so it balanced well with the corn-infused dough.
2. Cinnamon chocolate - elite chocolate glaze & great crunchy surprises at different points inside the dough, all without being too heavy.
3. Strawberry almond - another great jelly donut, with a beautiful almond crumble finish on top.
These guys are the real deal. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Best donuts I've ever had (I had many in my life, I have a sweet tooth). They were so moist & fluffy - think a crossover between a donut & a croissant. On top of that, the flavors are very unique & were delicious.
I've had these several times now & they are always delicious. These are serious pastry chefs that are using their knowledge of techniques & flavours to elevate the usually overly sweet donut. Their donuts are perfectly balanced, the flavours are always surprising & well balanced.

Looks great but honestly not to my taste at all: it's so oily & greasy that's basically all you taste :/ I tried the Thai tea & I could get none of the flavors because of how greasy & sweet it was, so bit disappointed I don't get it like all the other people who reviewed do ? Would not get again I about had a heart attack finishing the two I got
This donut shop has changed desserts for me! You have never had a real donut if you've never tried beigne habitude, & for my'i dont like sweet treat' folks like myself, trust that you will like these!
From specialty flavours like lemon meringue, to mango chili, they are always adding new flavours that just hit the balance whether you like citrus, chocolate, cinnamon, or even spicy!
Their staff is also exceptional, kind & give the best recommendations!
They are worth the drive, worth the walk, & worth the detour. A must try in the Montreal dessert scene!

I'm usually not a big fan of sweets but these donuts are so airy & delicious without being too sweet. They always have fun flavour combinations & the staff is always so nice :-) I highly recommend.
These were great, I tried the peach jam & Earl Grey as well as the honey & sunflower seeds cruller. The cruller or "Roue de tracteur" was super light & had great flavor. 10/10 The peach jam was also excellent, with a tangy peach jam, but it was overall a bit too sweet for my taste. 8.5/10
Honestly, one the best doughnuts I've ever had!!! Not shy at all on the butter!! Doughnuts leave an amazing mouth feel, the flavours are on point & sweetness is perfect!! Such a decadent doughnut! Love it!
Went for my first visit today & will definitely be back! One of my teenagers & I visited late in the day on a Friday, not sure what to expect. We were very impressed on all levels: great donuts, friendly & warm service, comfortable space. You can tell the people who run the place love what they do. ❤️ We ordered three donuts: a chai latte, a chocolate babka, & a blueberry maple fritter, . All three were fantastic! My 18 year-old loved the chai latte donut, made with an old-fashioned cake base, saying it was "the best donut ever!" & was her favourite of the three. My chocolate babka was a mix of chocolate cake braided with brioche. It was lovely. We split the blueberry maple fritter, a brioche donut that tasted like the best possible caramelized crusty bits of a blueberry pancake with the just the right amount of maple syrup. It was very rich, but perfectly so. It was my favourite. We left very happy & impressed. Just before we left, we were gifted one more donut! I missed the name, but I think it was a lime & guava brioche donut. We saved it for after our dinner & it too was wonderful! The texture of the brioche was perfect & the balance of sweet & acid in the icing was well balanced. The pic was taken back at home. I highly recommend Beigne Habitude & can't wait to bring the rest of my family for another visit!

Have been a fan since they were a pop up. Always pushing boundaries with their creations & in my opinion unmatched in Montreal if you're on the hunt for exotic flavours. Had their peach doughnuts last weekend which were incredible - the tart fruitiness of the peaches balanced perfectly with the sweet glaze. Their cola flavoured one is one of its kind, never tasted anything like that before; my wife had the guava one & didn't want to share.
I knew I was in for an out of world experience when the ground before me tore asunder & a demon erupted from its depths. He commanded: "SATISFY MY SWEET TOOTH OR I WILL END YOUR WORLD". He was looking really suave & something about his aura made me keep my cool & disregard the tortured souls he had weaved into his outfit- after a few questions regarding food intolerances, I took the demon to this donut shop. The staff was really cool, real demon inclusive- answered all our questions & my now demon friend opted for a blueberry fritter. I wasn't worried about the choice (everything is delicious) but I had had this particular fritter before & it allowed me to solve a major global conflict whilst digesting it so, I figured it was perhaps as good as any to stave off the apocalypse. Have you ever seen a handsome demon cry from joy? Well, let me tell you, it's almost as good as these donuts. Five stars!!!!!
I don't even have a sweet tooth but these artisanal donuts converted me 👻 not oily or heavy, & not too sweet. the base brioche donuts taste high quality ingredients & made with love. amazing innovative flavours, the coconut mango chili, hibiscus & lime guava are beyond... their newest flavour old fashion lemon is SO good! excited to taste them all. super friendly owners, affordable good coffee too
It's a donut shop, but not just any donut shop: This is the donut shop you always wanted when you had the worst of times at any corporate chain, biting into something that just wasn't quite right; it's the donut shop you always wanted when you just craved an absolutely fantastic pastry; it's the donut shop that you deserve when you need something sweet for levity in your life. It is a donut shop, yes, but it is an amazing donut shop.
